Luxury Beach House Rental

Spacious, modern and luxurious beach house built in 2020 with water views. Gaze at the beautiful Northumberland water and watch the sailboats go by! Easy access to the beach - no need to drive. From the property, you'll be able to walk along the gorgeous beaches, Gagnon Beach and L'Aboiteau Beach for 5+ kms - stopping midway for some seafood delights at L'Aboiteau Provincial Park or a drink on the beautiful upper deck at Cavok Brewing. The water is perfect for children - warm, shallow and the sandbars and dunes are abundant. Enjoy Parlee Beach and all that the town of Shediac has to offer - less than 10 minutes away by car. Moncton - Magic Mountain, Magnetic Hill Zoo, CF Champlain Mall and Hop, Skip & Jump for kids are 30 minutes away. Visit Prince Edward Island for a day trip - it is less than1 hour away via the Confederation Bridge. Rental is family-oriented in a beautiful, quiet beach side community. Quiet time @ 10:30pm. Minimum one week booking. Check in/Check out on Saturday.

The house was lovely and had plenty of room. We had 6 adults, and it didn't feel cramped at all. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen gadgets, dishes, utensils, beach chairs, beach towels and more! I really loved being able to sit in the living room or on the screened-in patio and see the ocean--very relaxing! Kim was super responsive, and replied to my texts right away. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Beach Oasis

Fabulous vacation spot!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is extremely clean, very modern and located a 2 minute walk from the beach. All of the necessities are available and the owners are very responsive if you need anything during your stay. The water and beach was perfect for our young children. We had the best time at this house and can’t wait to visit again!

Overall a great vacation. Only real issue, not notified in advance of Highway detour. Children loved the paddleboards and Aboiteau beach was amazing

Beautiful spot by the beach - highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay with our three boys. The place was like brand new, well equipped and in great shape. Nice layout with lots of space and main open area where everyone can gather. Other great touches: yard for kids to play, paddle boards, lanai off the main living room, nice shaded patio, fire pit, comfortable beds, lots of closet space, well laid out bathrooms. We hope to come back.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful cottage, open concept and modern, lovely area. Not ideal for someone with mobility issues as there are stairs and a walk to the beach. Cottage has everything you need and more. Kim was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Visited Parlee beach, the bay of fundy and a day trip to PEI. Lots of fun to be had by all!

Memories

We had the pleasure, my husband and I, to stay at this beautiful rental with our adult kids, grandkids, sister and niece. What a magical place. A few steps from an amazing beach. The house has everything you could need and more. We built many memories during our stay. The kind that last forever. The hosts were absolutely amazing and responded to all of our inquiries with kindness and in such a timely manner. If you’re looking to build memories, this place is for you. From kayak to paddle boards, puzzles and craft for the kids, it had it all. Let’s not forget the awesome, peaceful beach. Thank you for the memories. Micheline, Gaston and family

Best beach, amazing house!

The photos do not do this place justice. Simple clean modern and brand new house with plenty of room. It has everything our whole family might need. The beach is amazing. No bugs, short walk, wildlife, warm sunny and sandy beach. It felt almost like a private beach with few other people there despite record temps the week that we visited. The screened porch was a big hit at night for reading and relaxing to the sound of the waves. We hope to come back!

Une semaine parfaite dans les maritimes

La propriété de Kim et Ray, en plus d’être splendide et accueillante, est idéalement située pour profiter des principaux attraits de la région en peu de temps (Île-du-Prince-Edouard, Baie de Fundy, Hopewell Rocks, Moncton…). La marrée basse face à la maison laisse place à une plage infinie où les balades sont des plus agréables. La maison est très bien équipée pour 10 personnes et les espaces ne manquent pas afin que chacun y trouvent son intimité lorsque désiré. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont fluides et rapides. Merci Kim pour ta disponibilité! Une semaine parfaite!
