The enchanting magic of Spirit on the Water, perched 100 feet above the Caribbean, is how seamlessly it blends into the ocean below. The infinity-edge pool appears to become one with the waves, stretching toward the jagged silhouettes of the British Virgin Islands in the distance. Along the way, small islands scatter across the sea, adding breathtaking drama to the ocean’s natural architecture.

Spirit on the Water is made up of three separate pods, each with its own distinct style and energy. With this rental, you will have access to the Main Villa and The Treehouse. If you need more space, please look for our listing that also includes The Vision. If you are renting our villa from this listing, the Vision will not be occupied but will be off limits to your group.
You will have this very cool, super funky, heaven-on-earth retreat all to yourself. With just the right balance of connection and privacy, each pod is perfectly placed to capture maximum breeze and, of course, endless ocean views.

We can’t take credit for the obvious awe and beauty of the ever-changing, always-flowing, never-a-dull-moment ocean. But we can offer you a hammock high on the ocean’s edge, where you can perch yourself, listen to the waves crashing below, and wonder about the next steps in your life.

The Main Villa is where it all begins. Just inside the arches, a walkway leads into a magical courtyard with mountains on one side and a big, expansive open kitchen and ocean views on the other. Beyond the courtyard and open living area is one of the most stunning glass-tiled infinity pools anywhere, surrounded by coral stone decking and comfortable seating for sunbathing, gathering, or sitting around the fire pit while figuring out how to save the planet.

The **Dream Suite** opens onto a large deck with lounge chairs overlooking the pool and ocean. With its en-suite bathroom, ocean-view shower, Duxiana queen bed with soft linens, and a bookshelf full of great reads, you may never want to leave your suite. There is also an additional twin bed and a daybed in the Dream Suite, if needed.

The **Blue Moon Room** opens onto a smaller deck adjoining the pool and also looks out over the ocean. In addition to the very comfortable queen bed, there is a twin-size bed. The bathroom for the Blue Moon Room is just around the corner and features a skylight in the shower.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have blackout curtains, though neither gets used very often because of the beautiful ocean breeze from the east and the stunning landscape you probably won’t want to block out.

The **Branch Bedroom** overlooks the courtyard, with ocean views on the opposite side. This spacious bedroom is air-conditioned and has one queen bed and two twin beds. It has its own private bathroom and two separate stairway entrances: one ascending directly from the driveway, and the other just inside the main gate.

The **Wellness Room** is a sweet bedroom for two, located just inside the entryway. It shares the bathroom in the courtyard and comes with its own little oceanfront viewing deck. With two twin beds and a small desk, it is quaint and convenient. This room can also be set up with a king bed if needed. It is ocean front.

The **Loft Bedroom** is a quaint and cozy single-occupancy room built into the cliff alongside the courtyard.

All bedrooms are supplied with soft linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

The **Celestial Room** is a large living room, meeting room, playroom, or whatever you want it to be. It features a fireplace filled with candles, a television, and comfortable seating for relaxing while gazing out over the expansive ocean and the islands scattered in the distance.

The Main Villa has one very large open kitchen, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, bar seating, and courtyard dining for up to 22 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking, baking, and serving needs. There is also a kitchenette just behind the great room, perfect for overflow when preparing for large events, with its own refrigerator and microwave.

The glass-tiled saltwater swimming pool is 32 feet by 16 feet, with a stunning infinity edge. There is also a 10-foot by 5-foot ledge that is only 18 inches deep, perfect for young kids, lounging, or even use as a dance floor. Yes, it happens.

There are plenty of pool floats and comfortable outdoor seating to help you fully enjoy one of the greatest pools you will find anywhere. And as though you needed even more space, there is a yoga deck by day and a stargazing deck by night, just steps down from the pool.

The **Yoga Deck** is a large deck between The Vision and Spirit on the Water. It is a dreamy place for stretching, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and, of course, yoga.

The **Treehouse**, also known as the **Love Shack**, is a large studio with a kitchenette, its own private bathroom and shower, and amazing views of the expansive ocean just up a small set of steps. The Treehouse is air-conditioned and has a wraparound deck with hammocks, two twin beds, one daybed, and one queen bed. It is perfect for families with children. The entrance is up the steps from the driveway, and there is also a walkway from The Branch to The Treehouse connecting the two pods.

It is a super fun place with lots of room to spread your wings.

Oh, and by the way, there is also a really cool little private temple tucked just behind the spiral deck. The views from there are off the charts. It is a beautiful spot for massages, meditation, or your own private yoga practice, perched on the mountainside with astounding ocean views.
