3 BR/3BA with pool on St. Simons Island. This cozy cottage is on a quiet street that is just blocks from the beach and the Village.

Adorably decorated this is the perfect place to stay for couples, families or friends looking for a SSI getaway. Instagram worthy with full mural on pool shed. A great spot for photos from a memorable vacation!

3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.

The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional and free from October - March.

Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.

Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone!

Hosts couldn’t be any kinder! Very attentive to any little need or question. Felt truly like we were home on SSI. Quiet and restful location. Tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. See you next year for sure!

WOW! We absolutely loved this cozy home! We vacation on SSI every spring break with our children and this is one of our top ranked homes. Owner was very responsive, check-in was a breeze and the home was incredibly comfortable! Our kiddos loved the bunk room, really efficient for a family. We loved the pool and big backyard for games. The proximity of the home to everything ok the island was perfect and the street was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We truly loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat! The space was decorated with such fun artwork, the beds were very comfortable and my parents liked the pillows so much that they are trying to find them online to purchase for themselves! We loved the heated pool, the location and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and the screened in back porch is so wonderful for early morning coffees. We can’t commend the owners, Andy and Scottie, enough! They were so responsive and accommodating in every way possible. We absolutely love St. Simon’s Island and can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay!

This place was perfect for us. It’s on a quiet street, but still super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—most places we went were within a mile, so we could walk or drive easily. The pool and screened-in patio were great for relaxing, the beds were really comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks.

Great Vacation & Stay

This property was ideal for our family trip this year! The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The backyard was well kept and the pool area relaxing. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier. We loved this place! Very comfortable & location was close to everything! Comfy beds & a great pool with a cool SSI mural painted for photo ops! The hosts were great to work with and even helped us shift the dates of our trip when the weather was not looking favorable for much beach time! Would highly recommend this rental! :)

This rental was perfect for our family gathering -- three couples and one child. The house was located perfectly, with an easy walk to the pier area and restaurants (which saved time from having to hunt for a parking spot)! The backyard was great, and we loved the pool. We even grilled out, and the charcoal grill was pretty clean for use.The interior of this rental was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essentials. Most notably, the kitchen knives are actually sharp for food prep. We appreciated that the kitchen items were plentiful instead of the bare basics. We can tell that the owners enjoy this space too, which makes a difference! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated for beach life, and the front bedroom's mattress was very comfortable. We liked that each room had its own bathroom, so no one was fighting over showers or privacy.Our family definitely recommends this home for renters who want to balance in-town activities with a central hang-out spot to spend time together.

Weekend beach trip

Our group had a great time at this cute cottage. It was the perfect size for our group with all of the living room seating. Great location as it was a short drive to the beach and also a great walk to dinner! Will definitely be booking this place again!

Jill is the artist and along with her best friend and fellow artist, Kristen, they have made the cottage a cheerful escape with one of a kind artwork throughout the home.

Being from Georgia, we have always enjoyed the charm of SSI. When we saw the location of Family Tides on the island we knew we had to have it. It is close to everything that our multigenerational family would need and the tucked back street of Cummings Lane is nice and quiet.

The one of a kind artwork throughout the house and mural on the pool shed make this home truly unique. Great for photos to remember your time at SSI!
