GARDEN COTTAGE 89 - DRIFT AWAY COTTAGE - SLOW DOWN, KICK YOUR SHOES OFF, RELAX & DRIFT AWAY in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage bursting with coastal charm. Recently painted with updated with new living room furniture. You enter this home through the bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster, and all the other luxuries of home. Flowing from the kitchen is a beautiful dining area offering a bar top with stool seating for four and a large table with seating for six. The living area boasts a 65" smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and an abundance of comfortable seating and natural light. Step out the door from the living area to find an airy fully screened porch equipped with a dining table offering seating for six. Just steps away are ocean views from the patio complete with a gas grill and bistro table with seating for two. Off the living area is the gorgeous master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, boasting an oversized tile shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage and at the base of the stairs a half bath and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, each with a queen size bed, its own private bathroom, a smart TV, and access to the upper screened-in porch where you will find perfect comfortable seating and ocean views. Finishing the second floor is a flex room with futon and Smart TV. This cottage is equipped with 3 adult bicycles, 1 tow behind bike trailer for 2 children, and beach toys. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community firepit.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
