This is a spacious one bedroom apartment located conveniently near town, but far enough away to avoid the cruise ship tourists when they dock between 9 am to 4 pm. There is a full kitchen in the apartment, as well as a spacious bathroom. Apartment J is a two minute walk to Harbor Mountain Brewery and delicious Campfire Kitchen pizzas.

Great stay here and will definitely book again. Really appreciated the little extras like the welcome basket and coffee and creamer. Very clean and had all the needed amenities in a quiet location next to excellent pizza!

Good value and clean

I was a little concerned on arrival as to what to expect as it appeared odd location. Pleasantly surprised to find it was very clean, good beds and nice amenities. Plus the location was next to Pizza and Brewery with a gas station -store right next door. Easy to get cab to town or even walkable.

Very clean and Comfortable

We arrived in the afternoon and were delighted to walk into such a clean and bright place. The boys (9 & 10) were pretty happy about their trundle bed and smart tv in the living room and my room had an amazingly comfortable bed! Everything smelled and felt clean which is definitely one of my top priorities. The laundry was available for use and that was helpful! They loved the bike use! There was a convenience store, gas station, and brewery in the same parking lot and that was great! Candance, the property manager, was always helpful and available to answer all my questions! We had some kids over for dinner and play one afternoon and they had plenty of space. The only things missing were the hairdryer and a can opener. I just have nothing bad to say about this place, really. The rental car option was the BEST! Nowhere in Sitka could I find a car for a decent price. This car, although not new, was the perfect option for us and was dropped off where we came in on the boat and we dropped it in the same place when we left. So convenient!

I returned from a 5 year stay in South Korea and a friend convinced me to come up to Sitka. Long story short, I instantly was mesmerized by the nature here and decided to stay.

Hobbies: Reading, hiking, swimming.

The properties at 1209 Sawmill Creek Road in Sitka, AK are pretty centrally located without being locked in the downtown bustle of the cruise ship tourism chaos. It is a peaceful location with wonderful brewery and pizza restaurant a stones throw away!
