2-level Duplex with nice ocean view on elevated outlook from the upper balcony; lower balcony has tree view only. This is a non-smoking premises. It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking under overhang for 1 car, wood burning stove in living room, radiant heaters in all areas/rooms. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have six stairs leading up to the main entrance door, inside we have 14 steps down to the lower level to the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.

The property was exactly as described. The view from the living room was awesome. It was really nice having the carport to park under as it rained every day we were there. The area the apartment is in is nice and quiet and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Sitka.

Clean, great view and hosts are very responsive and communicative. Only complaint is there is only enough hot water for one shower in the morning! Get up early!

The place was fine. There was too much snow to get in the first night but Nolen had the plow come the next morning and took care of it. Directions for the wood stove and flue would be helpful. Other than that, it was great.

Beatiful Stay in Sitka

Great location, especially if you want to relax and not be in the middle of Sitka and all the curise ship tourists, but short trip to town and trails. Nice view from balcony, very comfortable, short walk to SeaMart, food and drink, along the water side. Would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay when visiting Sitka

The duplex was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The view from the porch was amazing. The hosts event shared some fresh caught Salmon. Highly recommend!

Perfect Alaska getaway

Everything we needed on our short fishing/hiking trip to Sitka. Very clean and quiet. Host was able to accommodate our early arrival. Beautiful view from both back porches!
