Located on the 24th floor by elevator, this lovely 89m² apartment is in a high-rise building and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

You can also enjoy the multiple facilities provided in the building: a health club with sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and gym, a children's play area and a prayer room. The parking is also available.

Please note that there is a large construction site in the area, which is causing significant noise.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

The property is located in Churchill Tower 2. It is near the Dubai Canal and only 10 minutes away by car from the Dubai Mall. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy delicious food and multiple shops nearby. A public park is also close by so you can enjoy a walk in the fresh air.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Dubai International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
