Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
The fully equipped kitchen stands ready to cater to your culinary adventures, featuring a refrigerator, oven and microwave, toaster, teapot, and a Nespresso coffee machine for that perfect morning start. For added convenience, a washing machine with a dryer and iron ensures your wardrobe is always fresh and ready.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

You're a mere 7-minute drive to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, and Burj Khalifa, with the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach within a 20-minute reach. For those who cherish an active lifestyle, the vicinity of City Walk, a prime shopping and dining destination, along with easy access to top-notch clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, ensures your every need is just a stone's throw away.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Business Bay Metro, is just a 10-minute walk.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
