Located across the road from Watts Bar Lake with a great view, circle drive with two entrances and big yard for parking multiple cars/trucks with boats. Shady Grove boat ramp is just a few 100 ft from the house. The ramp has a dock for easy loading and unloading.
Out on the water there are four marinas with restaurants and gas docks.
For you bass fshermen fishing tournaments out of Tom Fuller. The park is a short <10 minute boat ride from Shady Grove ramp.

Super clean, relaxing home

We had the best time. This was the cleanest home we've stayed in. The owners live across the street and were super friendly. We were there for a softball tournament and it was so nice to come back to this property to relax after hot days at the field! Definitely would stay again!

We had nice time , the house was well supplied,clean and organized.The house is centrally located to travel up or down the Tennessee River , just pick your destination.We will definitely rent again

Came to Watts Bar to fish a tournament. There was 3 people staying pulling 2 boats. Plenty of parking to accommodate. House is nice and well maintained.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly as the listing said it would be....well supplied and very clean. We met the host while there and found them to be very nice and helpful people.

We loved our stay! House was beautiful, host was helpful and kind. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have curtains or blinds at the door so we used the couch instead but that worked out perfect for us. the living area itself could’ve used a little more attentiveness while cleaning (floors, kitchen area) . But would definitely book again. We loved it
