We expect that our guests will respect the property and the surrounding resort grounds. This includes the condo and patio and their contents.
Guests need to be respectful regarding noise level during evening, overnight and early morning hours. Reasonable levels during the day is expected.

We are Colorado residents who love Mexico. Randy grew up in Phoenix and spent many childhood summers in Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco. We have spent many days and weeks exploring and making new friends in the area. We are involved with the EducarteAIM Organization that brings help in the form of food and school supplies to the children of Puerto Peñasco. We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful Playa Paraiso!
