Queen-sized bed, room darkening curtains and smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Direct door into the bathroom (also accessible via a 2nd door for privacy). High quality linens are provided.

Queen-sized sofa-bed, room darkening curtains and extra pillows and linens. A TV and JBL stereo is provided for access to your favorite shows and music. Enjoy the views through the floor to ceiling windows and direct access to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs.

♥︎ KITCHEN & DINING
Stocked everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip coffee maker for ground coffee (cone-shaped filter). Enjoy your meals at the high-top table (perfect for beach viewing!) and with seating for four. Starter Kit is provided and includes Paper Goods, Trash Bags and Dish Detergent.

Pickleball & Shuffleboard: Equipment available for borrowing.

Beach Setup: 2 chairs, umbrella, and 4 towels. Mobility mats at beach gates for easy access.

Pools: Relax with lounge chairs; west pool heated year-round.

Fitness Center: Treadmills, bikes, free weights, yoga mats, and resistance bands.

Laundry: On the first floor with card, cash, and Apple Pay options.

There is one time $35 parking fee and $6/per person for wristbands, payable upon arrival with credit/debit card, either at the gate, or at the condo office. Each unit is limited to one car. If you need extra parking, a nearby lot by Ripley's Believe It or Not- just a short walk from Sunbird- offers spaces for $12 per day.

➜ We have a strict no-refund policy for cancellations due to weather. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind against unforeseen weather-related issues.

➜ No smoking. No events. No parties.

➜ For the comfort of all guests we do not allow pets. Bringing a pet will incur a fine of $500.

➜ The unit accommodates 4 people (including children). If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in. No refunds given if this rule is not followed.

➜ Per our house rules and VRBO policy, the host is not liable for injuries on the property. Please follow house rules and report any safety concerns immediately.

➜ Our professional cleaning team follows strict quality controls with detailed, time-stamped photo and video verification before every stay, ensuring the condo is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
