Stocked everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip coffee maker for ground coffee (cone-shaped filter). There is one time $30 parking fee and $6/per person for wristbands, payable upon arrival with credit/debit card, either at the gate, or at the condo office. Each unit is limited to one car. If you need extra parking, a nearby lot by Ripley's Believe It or Not- just a short walk from Sunbird- offers spaces for $12 per day.

➜ The unit accommodates 4 people (including children). If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in. No refunds given if this rule is not followed.
➜ Per our house rules and VRBO policy, the host is not liable for injuries on the property. Please follow house rules and report any safety concerns immediately.
➜ Our professional cleaning team follows strict quality controls with detailed, time-stamped photo and video verification before every stay, ensuring the condo is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
