Great views and property. There is a parking fee but didn't find it unreasonable. Went during Spring Break and felt like security kept everything good at property with chexking wristbands.

This property was a little gem next to the towering facilities it’s nestled in between. Very close to a Walmart, so we had placed a pick-up order for just after our check in time, and had our groceries for our stay. Convent parking, fast elevators, right on beach. Clean apartment with great views. Great value! Definitely recommend!

Great condo directly on the beach - it's spacious and close to everything you'd need for a stay in PCB. We found the nightly rates to be very competitive and enjoyed a nice, long fall weekend with the family in PCB.

Great vacation getaway for me and my wife. Nice unit with everything we needed. We love this location at the Sunbird, and walked to Pineapple Willy's for lunch, and it's convenient to everything with easy access. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays!!

My husband and I stayed while on an early anniversary trip. The condo was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. The owner was very gracious to modify our reservation when we asked to stay an extra night. I hope we are able to stay here again in the future. I have attached photos taken from our condo.

Property was good and the condo was nice with great views of the Gulf. Heated pool felt good on my old back. White socks turned black from the floor in the condo, wore slippers after that. Bed was very comfortable. May stay here again.

We had a great stay. The unit was excellent. The layout was very spacious and Elizabeth was great. Will probably request this unit again. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved it

Our complex was beautiful and the security there werent jerks like the ones at other resorts it was quiet and there were no lines to get in elevators had zero problems amd definitely will return with my children next time!

Great condo with a beautiful ocean front view! The room was clean, spacious, and FABULOUS! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook plus some. Elizabeth was so nice and communication was top tier! I always enjoy my stay at the Sunbird. Easy parking, fast elevators, and the beach right in front never gets too crowded.

Very nice location. Home was just as pictured. Only reason I gave a 4 stars was due to the flooring being a bit dirty. Other than that, our stay was great. Elizabeth responded quickly when we needed check in instructions.

Pcb trip

I would love to return to this property again. It’s gated & feels very safe. It was also peaceful & quiet. Note that you must be 25 in order to check in with front desk. Property is within walking distance of pineapple Willy’s & several other shops & food choices. We had a wonderful stay. Very pleased all around. It was a blast & can’t wait to do it again. With Pineapple Willy's right next door and front beach roach less than a half a mile; there's nothing that isn't within walking distance. St. Andrews park is just around the corner and for rainy days, Pier Park is just a few miles up the road. For serious shoppers, incredible deals are only an hour away at the Destin Commons. Or, step back in time by traveling up to Mexico Beach for the day. With so much to do and so much beauty to take in, this was the perfect property and location.

The association has already completed all of the engineering and construction requirements Florida recently put in place for safety. The windows and doors are top rated and the view is unparalleled. With the laundry facilities out of the way, Sunbird is where memories are made.
