Great property for Dragoncon!

We had a great stay here for Dragoncon this year. It was the perfect location and the room itself was lovely. No complaints at all!

Great place for reasonable price

The placed looked as is in pictures, and the communication with property manager and condo is very smooth. Easy check-in and check-out process. We stayed with 5 girls; however, it doesn’t comfortably sleep as many as it says (there weren’t enough blankets). The temperature of the room was cold because the condo regulates the building temperature - but a space heater is available. Overall, the experience was positive for a very good price in the city!

Old and Dirty: DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PHOTOS POSTED

Unfortunately, I can not recommend anyone stay in this Condo, if you value cleanliness and working WIFI. This property is not at all like the pictures posted. There was a initial issue with Check In because the front desk never received the registration from the host, but the host rectified the issue quickly. After entering the Condo it was very apparent, we had been duped. There was a big mis-representaion of how the condo looked in person compared to the pictures used to lure consumers into booking. The bathroom was in very poor condition, there was a dirt ring around the tube and an odor coming from the toilet. The couches were covered with couch covers because the cushions were filthy. There was rust on the air conditioner and the WIFI did not work. Was very dissappointed. The building is extremely old and the host needs to do ALOT of work to make this place stayable. My group ended up checking out the same day and going to a hotel. The host did send their apologies but the booking was nonrefundable so I lost 548 dollars for a place that was seriously nothing like described or pictured. Would not recommend.
