Property was comfortable, clean and so close to the beach. Highly recommend. Please read description closely as there is no cleaning fee included and you must bring your own cleaning products as well.

Beautiful, private home close to the ocean.

Jessica was warm and welcoming, and gave us our space all week after we checked in. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Jessica and her husband, Dick, even helped us with car trouble on our way out. We're looking forward to next year!

Perfect Place in Chappy

The property was exactly as described. Short Jaunt to Edgartown but very private and close to all the beaches! The hosts were great - excellent communication and provided great advice as to getting around. We really enjoyed our stay in Chappy!

Chappy home base

Jessica and Dick were great hosts and their Chappy house was a great home base from which to spend time at the beautiful East and South beaches, the little nook and cranny beaches, and the quick ferry trips for ice cream in Edgar town. The house was well equipped with everything you'd need, with plenty of room to relax. Thanks!

This is a gem-we loved every minute of our stay on Chappy. Great location close to beaches, nature, you can go biking and hiking. The house is just great!

Great Chappy experience

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Jessica and Dick’s home on Chappy. House and owners are great, and the experience on Chappy is truly unique. Great beaches, low crowds, but still easy access to the rest of MV. Would highly recommend!

Chappy stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks on Chappy. Jessica and Dick were the perfect hosts - there when we needed them and otherwise you would never realize they lived nearby. The house was spacious and we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the summer traffic. We enjoyed both the screened in porch and deck. Lots of comfortable furniture both inside and out! Highly recommend this place to get away from it all and still be close by. Rita and John

Peaceful and Comfy Retreat!

SEAS THE DAY was the perfect house for two of us to have a relaxing getaway. It was very comfortable, centrally located on Chappy for easy access to everything by car or bike, and had a large lovely kitchen for cooking. The back deck offered a serene place for relaxing with morning coffee, or enjoying a meal. And, there was a storage shed for bicycles! Thank you Jessica and Dick for making such a wonderful home affordable. We will be back!

Truly a hidden gem!

Fantastic house on Chappy. Clean, comfortable, spacious, easily accommodates family of 5. Relaxing home away from it all. Easy drive to beaches and hiking and biking trails. Plan to use the community center (tennis, ping pong, etc.) for a small donation fee. Easy bike ride to the chappy ferry to ride around Edgartown and beyond. Be prepared, no grocery stores (except very small limited general store) or restaurants. Will likely book again!

September getaway

This home is a lovely, exceptionally well cared for, well appointed place for a quiet getaway on Chappy. We have traveled to Martha's Vineyard for over 45 years & would not hesitate to say that this is the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in.
