Restored Island farmhouse, nicely furnished and decorated and walking distance to Main Street, Vineyard Haven. Four bedrooms, updated kitchen and first floor half bath. Located in a very nice neighborhood with distant water views of the Lagoon from the back yard. New outside shower and 8 foot long picnic table and gas grill set in a tree shaded portion of the lawn perfect for family picnics. Five bikes available to ride. Very near the MV shuttle service and Black Dog Restaurant and store. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Steamship Authority ferry.

* Reservations in July and August 2025 and 2026 MUST BE from Saturday to Saturday only, 7 nights minimum.

Great location for access to Vineyard Haven. House was as described and offered plenty of space for our family of 5. Nice view of Lagoon Pond when eating outdoors! Well appointed kitchen and lots of island charm!

Jaws 50th Amazing Vaca

My in laws stayed here for the Jaws 50th anniversary and the place was beautiful. The owners are amazing and very good at communication. I cannot say how awesome this was. The view of the water from the backyard was a big big hit as well for them. Gorgeous everything.

Family memories

Perfect for 4 women - we each had our own room with separate climate control! Stairs were helpful. We got enough exercise and could eat ice cream every day! We thought the best ice cream was at Ice Box. The house was so close to the ferry and downtown Vineyard Haven. Don’t miss Pie Chicks!

Long way away from Chicagoland

If I could summarize our stay in one word, it would have to be perfect. Our hosts Neil and Felicia were very attentive and we found the house absolutely beautiful. The decor really set off the VRBO and made it a home away from home. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to visit Martha’s Vineyard with a large family. The hosts saw to every need in their amenities. The location of the farmhouse is incredibly close to the downtown area in Vineyard Haven, which was extremely nice. Would love to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great house for our 5 adults plus dog

The house is extremely old but recently updated and very nicely laid out with 4 sizable bedrooms, including one master. 3 bedrooms share one bathroom upstairs but with a family it’s quite workable, and the outside shower is awesome. A/c units in windows are effective for each room. Kitchen has all key components and appliances. Front porch is a little noisy as it’s on.a major road, though we all assembled there for morning bits work on our computers. The other side of the house is quite secluded, and sits on a very quiet street. Being walkable to vineyard haven was terrific for AM coffee and for dinners. Some great restaurants there. Overall wonderful stay.

July 2024 MV Trip

We love the vineyard and have been visiting on and off for the last 28 years. We’ve stayed everywhere from little cottages on Chappy, the family campground, the hostel (when we were much much younger) and various houses all over the island. We loved this house in Vineyard Haven. The proximity to town was great! We especially loved the kitchen and the configuration of the upstairs bedrooms. We were all very comfortable there. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. Neil was very responsive to all my inquiries which was great whenever we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay in Vineyard Haven

Beautiful house, comfortably furnished, high quality linens and towels. Nice location - easy walk to Vineyard Haven businesses, restaurants and ferry. Big full bathroom upstairs. Great place for a family vacation or someone who just wants a spacious house and nice and cool even on hot summer days. We had a wonderful stay.

A wonderful MV stay

My family and I enjoyed our week long stay at Felicia and Neil’s house. It was clean, updated and had plenty of room for 7 people. We loved the front porch and the proximity to downtown VH. Neil was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

Great spot!

We had a great time staying at this house for Memorial Day weekend. The house is super convenient to get to off the ferry and was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Neil and Felicia were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
