The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, desk and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle bed and a television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds with an additional trundle bed. The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the home. Bring your favorite outdoor activities as there is nice rear yard space with a patio, outdoor grill, picnic table and outside shower. The home’s waterfront setting makes for a great place to relax and unwind. Great restaurants, shopping and amusements are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
