In this building made 1904, you can almost grasp the different spirits of time that passed here. High ceilings, lots of lights and well conserved ornaments.
The whole floor is fully renovated into the original style of the house.
Lido Beach, the waterfront, the famous Lungomare promenade, Angiolina Park, shops, restaurants, Yacht Club, coffee-bars, post-office, bank, local market, bakery, pharmacy etc. or the sea in general are reachable within a minute on foot.
