Pinguini (portable air conditioning) are available for all bedrooms and windows are screened and shuttered. Heating is through radiant flooring and 4 wood-burning, 3 gas, fireplaces.

This estate is accessed from a private, gravel road nestled in a 700-acre agricultural valley and nature preserve. Walking trails and wildlife sightings are plentiful! Notes for guests:

Our house manager will be onsite for a few hours every week day and will assist with any questions you may have regarding the property. Gardeners, pool maintenance or other staff also have access to the grounds. You will need a car in this region of Tuscany.

Things that are excluded from the base rental amount per week:
A damage deposit (billed by host and collected before arrival)
Electricity & Gas Utility costs

The following will be charged additionally based on client requests:
Extra housekeeping or staffing
Cooking, Pizza oven operations
Pool heat

I will offer a multi-week discount for bookings over two weeks
The grounds of this property can be rented for events (photography sessions, parties, cooking classes . . .) and are quoted individually.
