About this space
The living room contains dark leather decor. It has a 65 inch television. The place also has WiFi. Each room has smart tv with for individualized watching. The 3rd room is a LOFT with DAYBED in it There is no door on the loft area! Washing machine/dryer on site to wash clothes. Personal parking space Seasonal pool First aid kit onsite also. NO PARTIES. $50 key swimming deposit required refundable
Under NEW CLEANING MANAGEMENT and place has been renovated for a more pleasurable experience
The space
The condo can be and will be 100% utilized by the customer. NO SMOKING!!! GUESTS will be charged for smoking. No furniture moving please. No Marijuana smoking in residence. All lights are turn on from the lamp and not the switch.

There is a washing machine and dryer on property. Contact owner if you want to book Monday or Tuesday

Great place

Great place and great location. We stayed here for the Raiders game. It was super easy to get to the stadium. The place is clean and quiet and safe. Great location- easy to get to food, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and set up was awesome

We enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have more TP and the beds need upgraded. Everything else was great and the hosts communicated well.

Good place near airport

Good place to stay close to airport. Cleaning fees for this place and in general are out of control. VRBO needs to put a cap on these cleaning fees

Great communication with host. Gated condos. Fairly quiet. Price reflects age of the unit. Overall satisfied with stay.

The place was very nice, clean and quite area. Enjoyed my own parking space and home was very nicely decorated, rooms good, my daughter's enjoyed their own space and loft was a good hang-out to chill. It was a bummer that the Lovers & Friends Concert got cancelled but we still enjoyed the nite life in Vegas. All in all, the weekend was great, along with a great place to get some R & R in Vegas.

Clean, Townhome Conveniently Located Near the Strip and Stadium

My son and I were in town to attend the Brazil-Paraguay COPA game at Allegiant Stadium. Went to a couple shows on the strip. The home was 5-10 minutes away from the big casinos and about 8 minutes from Allegiant. Close to restaurants and stores. Home was clean and had the necessities. Air conditioner worked but understandably took some time to cool the place when it was 108 degrees outside. Small kitchen with stove, pots, pans, dishes and silverware if you prefer to cook in. Communication was swift, and he checked in on us the day after we got in to make sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable stay for the 3 days we were there. Great place to stay for a few days if you need a place close to the strip or stadium.
