Apartment is centrally located at the middle of Dubai Marina and JBR which gives you easy walkable access to the Marina and JBR. Beach and clubs such as Zero Gravity, Barasti Beach, JBR Public beach, Skydive Dubai (skydiving), Tram Station is just on walking distance. International Restaurants, Super market, laundry is just steps away.

At the entrance of the apartment you will have a spacious living room/lounge includes a spacious sofa coverable bed for two people easily, and on left side there is fitted kitchen includes your free coffee, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven plates, cups and celeries. There is a spacious balcony on which you will have an access from the living room and you experience the beautiful views of Dubai Marina city views, and JBR view with sun set.
