A new apartment in a new building with an elevator. The common areas of the building are great, new, clean and very well-maintained. There is a beauty salon on the ground floor, so they could take full care of you while. The apartment is on the top floor. The largest park in the central part of Sofia is located just across the street. This is Boris's Garden Park named so in honour of Tsar Boris III. A fantastic place to feel like a local while enjoying Sofia!

Yavorov is a laid-back, artsy residential neighborhood, offering a perfect mix of tranquility and vibrant city life. The main street, "Tsar Ivan Asen II", is lined with hip cafes, juice bars, and cozy Bulgarian restaurants, making it a great spot to relax and indulge in local flavors.
A short walk takes you to Borisova Garden, Sofia’s largest park, ideal for a leisurely stroll, jogging, or just soaking in the natural beauty. This historic park features scenic trails, a serene lake, and various sports facilities. Nearby is the iconic Alexander Nevski Cathedral, along with the Parliament and other significant landmarks.
