Thanks Jocelyn, for your review and comment, which I understand. Just to share our perspective, we chose to build our villa in the South after renting a villa in that compound for 18 months. We loved the serenity, greenery, nice beach and a slower pace and we find that being able to enjoy the things to do and return to the calm of the villa is always refreshing and a treat. Thanks very much Lisa for taking the time and for your great comments. I am very happy that you enjoyed the villa and services. On the location, we saw building our villa in the South of St. Lucia as a big plus for us - for the serenity, open spaces, less traffic and hurry, the open and uncrowded beach, safe and relaxed, etc. We feel that we can get the best of both worlds in that we can get to, and enjoy the city centre quickly and easily, and are able to get away back to the calm and tranquility in and around the Savannes Bay - Vieux Fort area. It was great to have you and your family stay with us! Thanks again.

Thanks Gary. Just to explain - We decided to not AC the whole villa for climate and cost considerations, and especially that we have fans in the open areas and have the constant Atlantic breeze. But I see your point. On the dryer, I never had a comment, but I will look into it and do what is needed and handle it. Appreciate your comments and I pay attention Best regards, Oma

When we built our villa, we struck a balance between the South and the North and chose the South - being more serene, open, fresh and uncrowded. We enjoy the North as well, but enjoy coming back to the tranquility and out of the rush and noise, so we could relax and rejuvenate. It was great to have you stay with us and we look forward to being your hosts when you return to St. Lucia.

The hurricane landing during your visit, and the related issues was overall unfortunate, and I appreciate your understanding and working with me through those few days. As I mentioned, we never had a hurricane with guests in the villa at any time in the past 10 years, but it happened, and we have learned a few things which we will address. Your point about a generator is well taken, and as I mentioned, I am looking into options. As I also I mentioned, the weather stripping for the doors were changed a few months ago and maybe the angle of the high winds and lashing rain contributed to the water coming in, but I will have them checked are replaced if needed. On the issue of the roads, we are working with the developer who owns the roads in the compound to get them re-surfaced. I am hopeful that the roads will be done later this year. HI Chenxi, thanks for your review and comments. As I explained when the parties and music happened, it was not a regular thing and I did all I could in speaking with the neighbour late into the night as you know, and he said he did turn the volume down. It was the week between Christmas and New Year, and people in St. Lucia and the Caribbean in general can get very festive. It is mostly very enjoyable, but outside my control and I did my best as you know. On the cook not showing up, I did not know and surprised you did not tell me then. Again, this has never happened for the past 6 years that she has been cooking for us. Now that I know I will look into it, but I am sure there had to be something wrong. However, she should have let you know early for sure. I’m glad to know you enjoyed the villa itself and all we had to offer., and that you found the staff friendly and responsive. Best regards Oma
