Hi Mary, Thanks for taking the time to do this review and for your kind comments. It was a pleasure having you stay wth us and welcome back, if you decide to visit St. Lucia again!

Thanks Jocelyn, for your review and comment, which I understand. Just to share our perspective, we chose to build our villa in the South after renting a villa in that compound for 18 months. We loved the serenity, greenery, nice beach and a slower pace and we find that being able to enjoy the things to do and return to the calm of the villa is always refreshing and a treat. Thanks again and best regards.

Thanks very much Lisa for taking the time and for your great comments. I am very happy that you enjoyed the villa and services. On the location, we saw building our villa in the South of St. Lucia as a big plus for us - for the serenity, open spaces, less traffic and hurry, the open and uncrowded beach, safe and relaxed, etc. We feel that we can get the best of both worlds in that we can get to, and enjoy the city centre quickly and easily, and are able to get away back to the calm and tranquility in and around the Savannes Bay - Vieux Fort area. It was great to have you and your family stay with us! Thanks again.

Thanks Gary. Just to explain - We decided to not AC the whole villa for climate and cost considerations, and especially that we have fans in the open areas and have the constant Atlantic breeze. But I see your point. On the dryer, I never had a comment, but I will look into it and do what is needed and handle it. Appreciate your comments and I pay attention Best regards, Oma

Hi Julian, Thanks for a great review and for taking the time to do it. You and your family have been great guests and we will be delighted to have you back for your next trip to St. Lucia, and I will work with you again to make it wonderful and memorable.

Thanks for being great guests, and thanks for taking the time to do this review and for your thoughtful comments. When we built our villa, we struck a balance between the South and the North and chose the South - being more serene, open, fresh and uncrowded. We enjoy the North as well, but enjoy coming back to the tranquility and out of the rush and noise, so we could relax and rejuvenate. It was great to have you stay with us and we look forward to being your hosts when you return to St. Lucia.

Thanks Sharon for your review and thoughtful comments. The hurricane landing during your visit, and the related issues was overall unfortunate, and I appreciate your understanding and working with me through those few days. As I mentioned, we never had a hurricane with guests in the villa at any time in the past 10 years, but it happened, and we have learned a few things which we will address. Your point about a generator is well taken, and as I mentioned, I am looking into options. As I also I mentioned, the weather stripping for the doors were changed a few months ago and maybe the angle of the high winds and lashing rain contributed to the water coming in, but I will have them checked are replaced if needed. On the issue of the roads, we are working with the developer who owns the roads in the compound to get them re-surfaced. I am hopeful that the roads will be done later this year. Thanks again for choosing to stay wth us, and for your support during the hurricane. Oma

Carmela, Thanks for you review and kind comments. When you visit St. Lucia again it would be a pleasure having you stay wth us. Actually this is the first time someone mentioned TVs in every room, and it's an interesting thought. However, we are hoping that guests, like we do when we are there, enjoy the nice weather, the warm pool, the beach and the outdoors :)>
