The home was very clean and as described. Everything was well stocked. We were very happy with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house is beautiful, was very clean, and there was a lot of space for the whole family. Dominica was very responsive to any questions we had, and you can really tell that she cares for the property and the comfort of their guests. It was wonderful to wake up and use the deck, and to be so close to the beach. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future!

Host was very available for questions. Garbage cans were full before we got there only one garbage bag no paper towels hole in kitchen floor covered by empty boxes

Hi Richard, thanks for your stay. I was available at any time for you to ask for additional garbage bags and paper towels via VRBO or my direct number that you gained access to and were communicating directly with me about other things. They are all conveniently located in a closet on the first floor. Our cleaners typically leave a starter kit of all these supplies. The floors were damaged by the guest immediately prior to you and is scheduled to be fixed tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time in this house. Enough space to satisfy all the needs of our family. Each group had their own bathroom. All the kids loved the small first floor room with TV. Convenient to the beach. Easy walk even for the little ones. Obviously recently renovated or newly built. Owner responded quickly to communications.I don't hesitate to give an A review. Our Belmar vacation will be remembered by everyone.

Lawn and yard maintenance Sloppy. Not up to vrbo past experiences. Missing shades or curtains on main floor felt like we were living in a glass fish bowl. Missing shade in bedroom with bathroom and neighbors had clear view of bedroom at night which made it uncomfortable when changing and going to bed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry about the lawn and yard maintenance — that's not the standard we aim to uphold, and we'll be following up with our landscaping team to make sure it's addressed.
We were surprised to hear your comments about the window coverings, as this hasn't come up before. That said, we completely understand your concerns and our property management team has remedied this and installed window coverings on all windows in all spaces.
