Family beach vacation

Beautiful condo with everything you could ask for. Weather was great except for two days but plenty to do nearby in St.Augustine. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Excellent property and location to stay with teens. Downtown St Augustine, drive to Orlando, drive to Rainbow Springs, beautiful beach outside your door. My wishlist for future visits: * beach chairs * beach towels

StY at Crescent Beach

Great property Spacious, on the beach. Convenient to everything. Only problem was the floors were not clean High end appliances and was well stocked with utensils. Pots and pans, dishes, etc.

We had an amazing time at Bella Mar in Crescent Beach. The condo was perfect for 3 couples. Everyone had their own space and it was a short drive to Saint Augustine. The weather was amazing and the view from the balcony for sunrise was spectacular. The best part about this location is you get the sunrise and the sunset. The condo is equipped with everything you need. I would definitely rent this place again!

We will for sure be coming back here. The 6 of us had a wonderful week. Its rare to find a 4 bedroom condo ocean front with steps to the pool or to the beach. The condo was larger than the photos made it seem and well stocked with all the modern household needs, the owner might want to have new beach chairs in their storage space for vacationers to use. The wi fi was little weak but ok. The only trouble spot was upon arriving there was no water. The water main up the block had burst and so we were without water for the first 6 hours. Then there was a boil water alert for the first 2 days and we were annoyed that the landlord or the vacation service did not alert us to this, we found out about it on our own and had to make do. It would have been nice if the owner or rental service had told us. Otherwise it was a very nice place for family to stay and we would do another weekly rental at this property again for sure.

Thanksgiving at the beach

More than adequate space for family of 6. Nicely decorated. Property manager not responsive to concerns with condo. Will not rent through VTrips again. Apologised by email but made no attempt to rectify issues. Only one set of towels per guest. Seemed skimpy considering cost of rental. Because of 2 hurricanes there was no access to beach or to dock on intracoastal waterway. A real disappointment but not owner’s fault. Kitchen amply supplied with tools to cook, nice dishes and flatware. Balconies on front and back are a plus. Close to Matanzas Inlet and Marineland.

Disappointment

The property was just like the description, with the exception of the pool! With a 2 year old and a 10 year old, we expected to be able to use the pool. It was nasty, and smelled like mold!

Perfect for a friends reunion!

Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom in private wings of the condo. Gorgeous views in every direction. Can walk beach forever. Can explore both historical and natural environments within a short distance.

Relaxing and quiet location.

We loved this property and location. The beach was not crowded at all and the property was quiet. The condo was clean and worked perfectly for my family. Our only complaint was that the WiFi did not work at all. A technician came out to fix the problem, but the issue was never resolved. Other than this, vacation here was a great experience.

Nice - but could use a few amenities

The unit itself was nice. The beach access was wonderful and the views were as advertised. I was really disappointed in some of the amenities, or lack thereof. To have a beach condo with NO BEACH TOWELS makes no sense. Who wants to hunt for those upon arrival or have to travel with bulky towels? Also, there were just enough bath towels for the number of permitted guests. It felt like the property managers did just the bare minimum required. The place was nice enough but the few basic touches would have made the stay better.

Family friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfy beds and beautifully decorated. We even used the pseudo fireplace! So lovely to wake up and see, smell and hear the ocean. My jus simply w as lied across the street to fish off the dock. My only criticism is the outdoor table needed to be larger with more chairs. Otherwise a perfect 10!

Beautiful well kept property.in quiet neighborhood. .

Furniture in living and dining area could use a cleaning. Lock broke on screen door in Master bedroom or maybe we just could not lock it.. Part missing on Keurig coffee machine so we were not able to use it. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come again..

Bella Mar 202 is Amazing

This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed at (even one in Hawaii). The rooms are spacious, the kitchen very well equipt and the views both ocean side and inter-coastal side are great. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Equipped to the hilt!

After many years of renting condos on the ocean, this unit by far, was the best we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked to the hilt with every appliance we could ever need, lots of dishware and glasses, and a large area to cook for the 5 of us. The views out the bank of windows towards the ocean were spectacular and it never mattered if we were in good or bad weather with that view of the beach and waves. The deck was surprisingly large with plenty of furniture as was the deck in the back that faced the pool and the intercoastal waters. Every one of the four bedrooms had beautiful views from large windows, and the mattresses on the beds were as high quality as those in my own home. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available in the storage locker. What a pleasant surprise to find an owner that put so much care and thought into the conveniences for those who come to rent for a week. Even better was the ability to drive only about 15 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine with all its fun little shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience a luxury rental! Thanks for an incredible week with my 4 sisters! Betsy

A wonderful location and an awesome property

A Lovely Condo with fabulous views

We had a lovely vacation here, this condo had everything we needed plus some. The location is perfect with views to the east and west. The beach is beautiful, not busy at least when we were there, very wide and you can walk for miles either way. The cleaners were still there when we arrived and had had a very busy day and were rushed. The floors could have been cleaner. I did read in a previous review about poor lighting in the middle bathroom and it is still very poor. The living room furniture has had a lot of use and is not that comfy and should be replaced soon. Otherwise no complaints.

Loved it!

This is such a beautiful place, and so well equipped! It was roomy enough to allow for our own privacy when needed. The only comment I have it that the guest bathroom off of the foyer is poorly lit, and the shower is weak. Otherwise, it was very well appointed and comfortable. I definitely would go back.

Bella Mar - A beautuful place.

Our family had a very comfortable vacation at Bella Mar. The condo was well appointed and equipped with plenty of room for everyone. The only glitch was the ice maker in the bar was not working. Just bought a bag do ice and all was well. The beachfront was perfect and beautiful.

beautiful condo

The condo was very spacious and beautiful. The views were breath-taking. We would recommend this condo with fair warning the one condo that had locals there. They were rude. We were never loud or unruly. Their rudeness will cause us not to rent at this property in the future.

Great - Parking could have been handled better

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the condo. Our only complaint was in regards to parking. We had three cars and it was a huge inconvenience to shuttle back and forth to leave a car in the property management parking lot. We called in advance to request guidance on parking the third car per the contract, and no alternatives were provided. We were told we could not obtain a third parking pass. What made it even more frustrating was that the parking garage was at least 75% empty for the entire duration of our stay.
