Nestled in the quiet pines, this hillside townhome sits right at the heart of Estes Park. With two bedrooms, one full bath and parking for two cars, the perfectly convenient location will set the perfect mood for a mountain getaway.
The front door leads to the cozy living area with an electric fireplace, a Love Sac sectional that easily transforms into an additional sleeping area, and a large TV.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully-stocked kitchen and laundry nook. Further down the hall are the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The bathroom is adjacent to both rooms.
Wild Flower also offers a private patio area with a gas grill for summer barbequing.
This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere on the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours begin at 9 P.M.

1.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3.9 miles to the Beaver Meadows (South) entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park

No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
Estes Park is a DARK SKY community - Please bring a flashlight
Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
