Located in Paso Robles in the California Central Coast, we are a short eight-minute walk to downtown from 17th and Chestnut streets, offering a convenient rental for Paso Robles adventure seekers. Do not miss this easy access to shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms, as well as festivals and events in the central park. This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. This lovely home sleeps six and has all the conveniences for a perfect stay: AC, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven. - Spacious Granite topped kitchen with sit-up counter/bar - Vaulted ceilings in living area, ten-foot ceilings in bedrooms with Ceiling fans - Beautiful Tumbled Travertine showers with granite topped large vanities - Bay windows - Private extra-long garage with private house access - Full Laundry Facilities - Quality Mattresses and Linens. Newly landscaped yards, backyard fully fence for privacy, with hardline BBQ. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0190.

***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control*** There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Friendly host, and comfortable, clean house with charm and nice perks. Although we brought our own coffee, they had a great selection of pods for a single cup brewer, and creamer in the fridge- I thought that was a great touch. The house is a quick drive, or a 15 minute walk from the center of town but still in a very peaceful area. The beds were all kings which worked out great for three adult couples. I'd definitely stay again!

Loved the layout of the house and the spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms. Everything is very clean and newly updated. Walking to downtown took us about 13 minutes. We found other adorable coffee/breakfast/eats places that are even shorter walks too. Check in/out was easy and clear and Steve was communicative the whole time if we needed. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in a minute!

Very nice and updated property within walking distance (1 mile) of everything! We didn’t drive all weekend. Nice little backyard as well as a cute front porch. Easy parking plus a garage. Very spacious and updated bathrooms. Very spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Lots of natural light. Upgraded kitchen appliances. Central AC (not all places in the city and county have AC). Very friendly and communicative host. We will 100% be back!!

Great Spot in Paso

We really enjoyed our stay at Charm on Chestnut. It was a perfect spot for 6 adults as each couple had their own king bed (hard to find that!). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Lovely home in a great location, close to downtown Paso Robles. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable liked that it had a little outdoor space. Super dog friendly. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful “girls” trip! The location is near downtown for restaurants and shopping (we couldn’t walk due to one of us with physical limitations, but would be fine for most), Sensorio and Vina Robles Amphitheater. We enjoyed all 3!The home itself is warm, cozy and filled with whatever you need for cooking. Beds were very comfy!we would definitely stay here again.

Paso in the spring.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely time in Paso! The house was so comfortable and well appointed. Communication with Steve was easy and responsive. The property was located in a great spot, close to downtown and local wineries. We hope to be back again!

Very clean and great location.

The property is very nice and clean. Well appointed. Bed and pillows are great. Can't say anything bad. Great location, easy walk to downtown. The owner is easy to work with and friendly. Absolutely stay again!
