Cozy, newly furnished condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for families, couples or roommates. The condo comes with two convenient parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility, fast Wifi and streaming TV. Community pool and spa on site. Local restaurants, salons, grocery store and shopping centers walking distance from the property. The condo is centrally located between Magic Mountain and the Gentle Barn petting zoo.

Other things to note
The property is 939 square feet not including patio space. About a 15 minute drive to Hurricane Harbor Water Park and Newhall Aquarium located in the heart of Santa Clarita. Friendly Valley Golf Course is just a short drive away and about the same distance as the other main attractions Santa Clarita has to offer. The property has easy access to the I-5 and I-14 freeway.
