The Space:

Sunlight pours through wide windows as palm‑lined streets sway gently outside, setting a relaxed rhythm for your stay. Mornings begin with coffee shared on the patio, the scent of fresh air mingling with the distant hum of nearby attractions. After a day of theme‑park excitement, evenings gather everyone back under the Florida sky, where the private pool glistens and conversation flows effortlessly.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa offers nine bedrooms and six full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating groups of sixteen or more. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and two baths for easy main‑floor access, while the upper level provides seven additional bedrooms and four baths. Thirteen beds are spread throughout, giving each guest a personal space to unwind after a busy day.



Outdoor living

Step through the back door onto a spacious patio that leads to your private pool, complete with an optional heating feature for cooler evenings. A grill and comfortable seating invite relaxed afternoons and casual dinners al fresco. The gated Windsor at Westside Resort surrounds you with a large shared pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse featuring arcade games, a bar, and lounge areas. Sports courts, picnic spots, and additional BBQ spaces are all within walking distance.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to an inviting dining area, perfect for shared breakfasts or family‑style meals. All the essentials you need for cooking at home are at hand, from appliances to cookware, allowing you to enjoy home‑cooked meals whenever you wish.

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
