Third-row in South Litchfield Beach, this classic raised beach house boasts tons of charm and comfort with beach access right around the corner!
Open concept common areas are centrally located on the main floor providing a spacious eat-in kitchen with direct access to the front porch lined with rocking chairs. A furnished porch is located on the opposite end overlooking the backyard. The main floor has two en suite bedrooms on one side and two bedrooms with a shared bath in between on the other side.
In addition to the covered parking, enclosed outdoor shower, ping pong table, and outdoor TV sitting area under the house, the ground level also provides access to two more bedrooms with a full bath in between.
A small public boat launch is only steps away across the road. Be sure to bring or rent a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
