Third-row in South Litchfield Beach, this classic raised beach house boasts tons of charm and comfort with beach access right around the corner!
Open concept common areas are centrally located on the main floor providing a spacious eat-in kitchen with direct access to the front porch lined with rocking chairs. On each side of the main floor are two bedrooms with full bath in between. A furnished screened porch is located on the opposite end overlooking the backyard.
In addition to covered parking and sitting area under the house, the ground level provides access to two more bedrooms with a full bath in between as well as an outdoor enclosed shower.
A small public boat launch is only steps away across the road. Be sure to bring or rent a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

Grocery and beach stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently nearby. While primarily residential, Litchfield Inn is located on the north end of this beach where the public can enjoy oceanfront dining and a dunes-side bar within easy and safe walking distance.
