Welcome to our super clean and beautiful, 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath beach house! Our home is less than 100 steps from the beach entrance at 8th Avenue South in Surfside! You'll love staying here! Check out our reviews.

In the first floor living area you'll find a sleeper sofa along with a 65” smart tv.

You'll love the floorplan as the house has five total bedrooms.

On the main level is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a 32" smart tv and an amazing full bath.

On the second level there are four total bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Upstairs bedroom 1 has a King bed, a 32" smart tv and an adjoining full bath.

Upstairs bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, a 32" smart tv and an adjoining full bath.

Both bathrooms have two doors - one directly into the bedroom and one into the hallway.

Upstairs bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a full over full bunk bed with an additional full bed in the room.

Upstairs bedroom 4 has two twin beds and two convertible sleeper chairs that become twin beds.

No musty carpets to worry about as our home has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

There's plenty of parking in the private driveway that extends out from under the house. The house comes with washer and dryer. There's also two separate central AC units - one for each floor.

Need a break from the beach? You have a private pool in the back surrounded by a six foot privacy fence. (Note: The pool is not heated.)

Near the pool is an outdoor dining table and a new gas grill.
