Perfect place for our couples short stay to visit Hot Springs…. Great location near many places and view is so pretty for sitting out and drinking coffee. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo! Had a great girls weekend! Condo had everything you need and it’s right on the lake so you can sit on balcony and enjoy your coffee in the morning and enjoy some drinks in the evening. Definitely will be back

Great location! 5 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and Garvin Gardens. 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. Owner gave great restaurant recommendations. Relaxing and owner responded quickly to questions.

This property served everything we needed!We traveled to many Hot Springs restaurants and activities and the location was central to all of our choices.We had all the items we needed, clean and ready to go.The large deck was very peaceful and comfortable to relax each night.The beds were comfortable and the 2-bed 2-bath was a great value!

Was a wonderful place. Very clean and Scott the owner made sure everything was spot on. The condo was perfect for a stay in Hot Springs. Not too far from the main drag but far enough to have some pease and quiet. Will have to go back there again

Property was reasonably priced and communication with the host was A. The issues were the property was very old/tired. The master bed was like sleeping in a pillow. I didn’t dare take a shower in the master bath. Tiles around the tub were jagged and caulk was missing. The chair in the master had a throw over it. I’m glad it was two dudes staying over the weekend. My wife would have refused
