LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! 2 bed, 2 bath Townhome Oasis near the Best Beaches & Shopping in Naples, FL. Less than 2 miles from Vanderbilt beach and a Half mile from Mercato shopping center which has great restaurants, nightlife, shopping & Whole Foods.
Hypoallergenic space by using organic cleaning products, wood floors throughout, NO CARPET, very clean. Enjoy 2 community pools & private outdoor patio space. Fresh paint in neutral earth tones. 2nd bathroom has a bath tub and the Master bathroom has a walk in shower. This townhome is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots to do in surrounding areas.
With 1,470 sq. ft. of living space, features a 2-level lofted design with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, attached garage with a private courtyard. 2 parking spaces available with additional guest parking. The entryway leads to a spacious living and dining area featuring sliding glass doors to patio and courtyard. The bright eat in kitchen with walk-in pantry and storage space adjoins the entryway and pass-through dining area. A convenient powder room completes the first level floor plan.

Hi there, I'm a Naples, FL native who loves the beach, hiking, boating, paddleboarding, reading and being creative. My why is my family/friends, learning, growing, traveling and new experiences. I have always dreamt of having a charming bed and breakfast one day so for now this cottage is my way of making people feel well taken care of in a clean, cozy, non-toxic space. (I use all non-toxic cleaning products, no candles or fragrance, organic sheets & towels when possible.)

I choose to purchase this condo over 10 years ago due to its prime location. It's walking distance from Mercato, which includes the best Dining, shopping and of course my favorite store Whole Foods! Publix and Vanderbilt Beach are right across the street. My property is 2 miles from the beach, so I was a regular sunset watcher and beach goer!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. My property is a charming cozy space that will make you feel right at home. Both beds are extremely comfortable. The back patio is my favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee and a space to soak up some sun!
