The spacious great room is perfect for gathering, and the full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room make longer stays a breeze. Step outside to a large, fenced yard with a lush lawn, a gas BBQ, and outdoor dining space - ideal for evening meals or relaxing afternoons. There is a long driveway that can comfortably fit up to three cars, offering convenient and secure parking during your stay. Guests will have full access to the house and the spacious fenced yard. Entry is simple and secure with an automated door keypad - no need to worry about keys! You'll receive your unique code.

Clean and pleasant property in a quiet neighborhood. All the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures worked well. The beds were comfy and large. Overall, the family and I enjoyed our stay.

North Sacramento is very centrally located, with easy access to Highway 80 and Downtown Sacramento, and we even have visitors staying to visit nearby Davis. There are also a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities including Haggin Oaks Golf Course in the area.

The house was recently completely renovated. It is modern and clean and a really nice yard if you have kids or just want some green space to enjoy during your visit.
