Soap, pots and pans, fresh linen also towels, and toiletries will be provided , You will love our newly renovated townhome, truly will be one of the best and cleanest homes in the Philadelphia area. 2 minute walk away from the Broad street Septa line. 5 minutes within Jefferson Einstein Hospital. 15 minutes away from Center City. Local Restaurants, Family dollars, fast food restaurants are witting a 10 minute walk. Quiet hours are 10 PM until 5AM, please respect other guest and enjoy your time in the great city of Philadelphia. Pets Are ONLY allowed if under 15 pounds, also must be well trained- no barking, potty trained and groomed well. “Families are welcome in addition to remote or traveling workers. No Wi-Fi is included. The check in process is very simple. Communication is key.
