We had a great experience. Qi was very helpful and kind. The place was in a wonderful location with lots to do in walking distance, we didn’t drive all weekend! The only thing was I wish the tv was in the bedroom, but it was okay, it gave us an opportunity to not be on our screens. Would 10/10 come back and recommend! Thanks Qi!!

Overall good. We got locked in the double door in the morning and had to climb out the window to get out. The property manager was very communicative. We would stay there again assuming they fix the lock which I am sure they will.

Pros:Spacious Interior: The layout and overall size of the unit were much larger than expected.Parking Availability: There was plenty of parking available right near the unit.Cons:Car Break-in: At approximately 8:00 AM, a man used a piece of broken concrete to shatter my driver-side window to steal from my car. Fortunately, I had parked right outside the unit to keep an eye on the vehicle and heard the glass break immediately. We caught the perpetrator in the act, detained him, and held him until the police arrived to make the arrest.Damaged Bed: The bed frame was completely broken, leaving the mattress resting directly on the floor.Key/Access Issues: The keys were tricky and somewhat difficult to use when trying to access the security doors.

Hi! I spent July 1st-2nd and first off the check in was so difficult being that the door was stuck and wouldn’t open. That delayed our start time.The unit looked different than the pictures and was a pungent smell coming from the showers when we went to use it. Finally, when it was time to check out, me and my partner was trapped inside the unit and couldn’t open up the door the leave. The keys were not able to unlock the door from the inside so my partner had to crawl out the window to open up the door from the front. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience!

Very clean, exactly as depicted in the listing. A little out of the way and the neighbors were kind of loud but other than that it did everything it was supposed to.

Quiet,clean,comfortable

I was traveling alone and did not need too much.Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. The downside is that it is in an industrial area. No cafe or convenience store nearby, but it is close to China Town. I walked a lot which is was I always do except for when I carry luggage. I

My only note is that there was a light on under the door in the bedroom (the door without a doorknob). This was a little unsettling while trying to sleep, as it felt like someone else was right on the other side of the door.

Place was clean. Hard to find the entrance initially. Parking - hopefully on the street is available! Stairs were very hard for my dog and there should be more available seating than one VERY LOW chair and dining area stools. There was no place my mom could sit for any period of time to watch a show on tv or relax. She could not get out of the chair. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well. Small kitchenette, worked fine, set up weird.
