Welcome to Sedona Panorama, a luxury 5-bedroom home perched atop 0.86 acres of West Sedona red rock country. Truly deserving of its name, this stylish property is ideal for families and friends seeking relaxation, adventure, and a resort-like experience. The home epitomizes a seamless blend of contemporary luxury and impeccable design, with expansive windows and outdoor amenities offering a quintessentially Sedona experience. Sedona Panorama has been meticulously curated to create unforgettable moments against a stunning natural canvas.

Inside, the Great Room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a fireplace, double-height ceilings, and vast windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the dramatic red rock scenery. Doubling as an entertainment hub, this room leads to a sophisticated dining area with panoramic views, a gourmet kitchen with a large quartz island, and a comfortable family room with a cozy fireplace. Pool heating: please contact us at least one week prior to your stay to arrange for the pool to be heated to 85 ºF. The cost is $125 per night of your reservation.

Please note that the pool does not heat while the hot tub is being used; once the hot tub is turned off, the pool heat automatically comes back on. This is typical of any heated pool.

You will have full access to the entire home, garage, outdoor living spaces, pool, and hot tub.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :) You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area's top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, so we recommend bringing a car. You can take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The West SR 89A Park & Ride Lot is a 3-minute drive (19-minute walk) from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday. The house is just a 3-minute drive (20-minute walk) from the Cultural Park Trailhead, which has plenty of parking.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.  
• A maximum of two dogs (weighing no more than 30 lb each) are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.

Fabulous!!!

Our family of 12 had an amazing stay at this beautiful property with amazing views!! We loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the fabulous kitchen equipped with everything you!! We played pool, enjoyed the hot tub, and the convenience to all points of interest away from the property!! Property manager was awesome in communicating with us.
