The central location in Manila is close to Mall of Asia, Makati, Malate, and downtown. Large outdoor swimming pool w majestic views - 150 php per head. To use the swimming pool you will go to the second floor admin office to pay first.

Neighborhood description
This location is nearby (almost equal distance) to Mall of Asia (MOA), downtown, Malate, and Makati. If you value different experiences in Manila this is a great place to start. This location is SMDC breeze residences.

Easy Walk: Manila Yacht Club, Harbor Square (starbucks and restaurants w/ view of yacht club), Philippines cultural center, World Trade Center, Singing cook Restaurant, Breeze Mall downstairs, Star City amusement park, Banko central museum

Little far walk: Dolomite sand beach, downtown, manila zoo, Dampa seaside (fresh seafood market w/ korean makets and korean food)

Easy jeep: MOA, edge of makati, downtown, Luneta Park

Easy taxi: BGC, Makati green belt / ayala malls, Divisoria, Quiapo, Intramuros

Getting around
This location is SMDC breeze residences.

There is jeep access along the back side of the condo. Just walk through the mall downstairs then exit back of building (or take a side road). Jeep is going to libertad, baclaran, quiapo, divisoria. If you want you can take a jeep all the way to MOA, but you will need to take two jeeps, take the first jeep to baclaran and get off on EDSA then take another jeep from EDSA to MOA.

There is a cheap market outside of breeze for buying pastries, fresh meats, and fresh vegetables: its an easy walk from the breeze alphamart just go to your right, then turn right on the first side street. go down 1 block and there is a cheaper market.

For the cheapest market in the area (if you want to buy a lot of stock) you can take a jeep to Libertad and back. Libertad has the best prices on fresh vegetables and meats and a shopping mall with a hardware store, photo printing services, etc.

For on site paid parking pay on 2nd floor its 30 php per hour. Or you can park outside of the condo on the street price is 100 php per day.

Directions
This location is SMDC breeze. Tell taxi to take you to front of star city along roxas blvd and you will see SMDC breeze and SMDC coast big white condo units side by side. Hard to miss.
