NEWLY RENOVATED(Still pet friendly) ELEGANT, TWO STORY, GOLDCOAST BEACH HOUSE (near beach/boardwalk/attractions but just enough steps away to be in the perfect peaceful and relaxing location.) New Luxury Stearns and Foster Cassatt pillow top King Mattresses with adjustable remote control head and leg lift (top of the line high end beds for a relaxing sleep-well vacation). Linens and Hotel level Linen service. This Beach House is two stories (yes, you get BOTH floors, this is not a typical first OR second floor property like most in Ocean City, however, it is an upside down style with living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and 4th bedroom on the second floor, and master suite, Full Bath, 2 other bedrooms, and laundry on the first floor). It is located on the quieter side street of 19th, featuring an open floor plan, a two story foyer, bamboo hardwood floors, GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, 10 foot vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms in the house plus a 3rd shower in the outdoor enclosed (lockable) shower room, full large capacity digital machines in separate laundry room, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, fully stocked kitchen with blender, K-Cup machine and coffee maker, George Foreman Grill, Microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Digital toaster, dishes, cookware, Pyrex, serving, cooking and eating utensils, house stocked with games, books, and a FLAT SCREEN TVs, DVD in living room. (All bedrooms have FLAT SCREEN TVs also.) Preferred Package cable television, free wireless internet access. Two Decks with deck furniture (one off of Master suite, one off of living room/dining room area) two car carport parking (three if you squeeze) usually a good amount of off street parking also, large carport storage room that locks for renters to store bicycles, beach chairs, and boogie boards, 3 short blocks (~950 feet) to beach and boardwalk.

This house is located in the perfect spot if you'd like to be slightly away from the majority of the noise and commotion (where the rides and attractions are) so that you and your family are not disrupted during peaceful family and sleep time, but close enough to take a short walk down the boardwalk to get to them when you do want to enjoy the fun!

THIS PROPERTY WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RENT TO TEEN AND/OR COLLEGE AGE PARTY GROUPS.

LOCATED AT: Corner of 19th St. and West Ave. House faces the quieter side street of 19th.

Linen Service: Your beds will be made prior to your arrival and laundered after your departure. Please remove all trash from the house as well as all items brought into the house. Please put the furniture and all items in the house back the way you found them.

Location of house is perfect! Close to everything! House was clean and filled with everything you would need to cook, relax and head to the beach! Plenty of comfortable beds, continuous hot water for showers was a plus! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need - we made family Thanksgiving dinner easily! Plenty of seating for dining or watching tv or relaxing on the 2 outdoor spaces! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again during summer!

Even though it seemed unusual having the upstairs and downstairs reversed we were pleased with the sleeping and the living room and dining arrangements. Very good host always was in contact with us and quick response. Sorry we had to leave early because of the weather conditions and the possibility of flooding in the area.

Great place

The property was very nice. It is in great condition and the kitchen was stocked with all the items you would need to prepare meals. It was a short walk down to the boardwalk and to restaurants. One couple in our group has traveled quite a bit and they thought this was the best home they had stayed in. The host was outstanding to work with. She answered my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this home for people to stay in while at Ocean City.

Great Place!

We stayed here earlier in the summer and loved the house. The beach was close and the area was quiet. The house was spacious and in excellent condition. We were so glad to be able to bring our dog as well. We look forward to returning next summer.

Great last minute find!

The location is great - close to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away from the rides that it's not loud. It was also a great spot to have our dogs since there were fields right next door where we could walk them. We were a group of 9, aged 16-70, and everyone had a great time.

A beautiful home! 🤩

This house is gorgeous! The bedrooms are spacious...have great closets...super comfortable beds and nice tv's. The bathrooms are lovely...and are also very spacious and clean. The Living Room is perfect for lounging and watching t.v. The Dining room has a great table....with plenty of seating. The kitchen is very modern....and has anything you could possibly need! (Cookware..Dishes..Utensils...Dish towels etc.) The washer and dryer are brand new....and the laundry room has lots of extras! I brought my dog....and she had a great time! (Lots of lovely streets to walk her) Having ample off street parking was a huge plus! The owner was super friendly and helpful! She made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for offering such a great house for rent....we had a wonderful time!

Not what we expected

Pictures show a whole house. It was 1/2 a house. It sleeps 17, but we were hard pressed to do 12. Keeping the boys and girls separated meant adults had to use the sleeper couch. The coffee pot did not have an automatic shutoff feature and was left on too long the first time. Kitchen cooking utensils (cookie sheets, pots, pans, etc.) were not very well maintained. The grill looked sketchy so we didn’t use it. Several skinned shins in the bedrooms from protruding frames. Several bumped heads in the garage from unmarked low clearances. The living room was small for 12 people. A great toaster though!

I'm really sorry that you felt it was too small. I do my best to outline every room, number of beds, and beds sizes as well as the square footage is stated in the description as well. I allow people to bring up to 17 people because I often have requests to squeeze additional people (mostly kids) into bedrooms together so they can save money, especially with the shortage of pet friendly houses. I will do better in making the pictures even more clear and reconfirm with everyone that it is only a 4 bedroom house. And you are absolutely right about the pots and pans. I buy new ones every couple of years, but when they get put in the dishwasher every week, they wear down quickly and you were at the end of a very busy summer with your stay in October. So this year I bought a large set of expensive Hex Clad pans that can be put in the dishwasher and handle metal utensils scraping them. The grills are both replaced every other year as well, but I don't guarentee them in my description because I can't get people to clean them and I don't want my cleaning service to charge people extra to clean them. And I wasn't aware of the coffee machine issue, there are 2 coffee machines to accommdate K-Cup lovers and regular drip coffee preferences. I didn't charge you for the broken machine. Again, I aplogize if this website was difficult to navigate to the description and pictures and you therefore unable to know what you were walking into. Thank you for your compliments on the toaster, yes it is a high tech digital toaster that my kids love as well. I do wish you the best for your future pet friendly stays!

5 Stars All the Way for My Blissful Stay in OC

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful rental property, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The house itself was beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. What truly set this rental apart was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner. From the initial booking process to any questions or concerns during my stay, the owner was always readily available and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly made a difference and added an extra level of comfort to my stay. Gorgeous Property! Better than all Non-Pet Friendly rentals.

We were so pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than the pictures! It was large, clean, and spacious for our 3 families of 17 people (11 kids, and 6 adults). The house was loaded with everything we could have imagined from hooks, to fantastic new HEXCLAD cookware. It was so close to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream shop, uncle Bill’s Pancake House, Donut shop, and deli. But it was quiet and tranquil and had an awesome large beach. The only issue we experienced was the previous renter. He was such a pain in the butt. This wayne taylor guy (who we know his name because he said “don’t you know who I am?” as if he was famous who something. Anyway, he checked out way later than allowed, left dog poop everywhere, broke dishes, a lamp, and unplugged the WiFi to plug in some weird vibrating abb belt exercise thing that he left behind and then after harassing us about giving him extra time to get his stuff out (almost and hour beyond his checkout time) he then knocked on our door to ask for the stuff he forgot. All while Elizabeth was so unnecessarily apologetic for the trouble her previous renter before us was causing. She even sent us an extraordinarily thoughtful gift basket for our troubles with such a thoughtless previous renter. Anyway, we will definitely be renting this house every year as we have rented 27 different houses (around 3 per year in OCNJ over the last 10 years) and have not seen anything even close that is pet friendly & in this price range.

Beach Vacation

Great place to stay with family if you are looking for a greattime. Beaches were very clean and nice friendly people. Rental was beautiful and provided many amenties that we did not expect that we really appreciated..Information packaged really helped. Elizabeth was very prompt in answering any questions I had. Beach Vacation 2020

Had a great time and really enjoyed the property. We had 8 people stay with us and felt that the house accommodated that size group perfectly. Love being able to bring my dog with me on vacation, so this place was perfect for that! Loved our week!

Recent renovations and very clean. Highly recommend this property!

We were very happy with the house! Had a great time staying there for our family summer shore vacation. The recent renovations made the house beautiful. The house was also very clean. The owner was attentive. She also provided detailed information and instructions about the house, making the rental process very easy. Highly recommend this property!

Great beach house, great location, great service!

We loved this property, clean, modern, lots of room for everyone in our 2 families of 12. Bed were super comfy and clean. Kids loved the bunk room. Close to beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurant, ice cream shops, Best dining room table, 12 chairs! Great for games, dinners, crafts for the kids, and evening wine. Tons of amenities. Will return next summer for Sure!

We loved this house, it was so nice! Our kids begged us to come back next year. We will be! Tons of amenities. It was clean, close to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions, but still in a quite neighborhood. The owner was professional, accommodating and very organized which help us plan our vacation. I think we found the house we will be returning to every year from now on. Nothing we've rented in the pasted compares for the price.

Spacious, great for families. Clean and pretty.

We love this house, and the owner was so very accommodating to our needs! The renter before us, lost a bunch of the beach tags and Elizabeth had them replaced within 30 minutes for us. Best house I've stayed at in a long time (and we've been renting in OC for 15 years.) We used to use Berger Reality and it was basically here are the keys, you deal with any issues that arise. But not with Elizabeth, she sent us a really informative welcome packet that provided us with a wealth of information to plan our trip. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Unit ‘s living space was too small and bunk beds uncomfortable for 7 adults, 1 kid.

Amenities great. Plenty bed space but bunks only comfy for kids. On arrival dust and pet hairs under couch which was easy to move. No rugs in bath rooms. Tough access for hose for foot wash.

I'm sorry you found the bunk beds uncomfortable for adults. I am assuming you mean because the height of them, which is a standard bunk bed height, and I imagine generally uncomfortable for a larger adult to sit up on with enough headroom. The mattresses on the other hand are new, thick luxury memory foam ones that have generally great reviews. But at the request of many of our repeat renters, we replaced the twin beds and added bunk beds so they could fit more kids/teens in that room. If you have a mostly larger adults in your group that are used to sleeping in Queen or King size beds, I would imagine it wouldn't be the most luxurious and roomy of situations yo put them in the bedroom designed for kids/teens. Regarding bath mats, that is considered a linen and our policy is for renters to bring your own linens. We tried to provide bath mats at one time, but found that the renters left them wet and dirty on the floor for the next renter, and most cleaning services don't do laundry. And with respects to the cleaning service; we have had trouble with them recently and have since replaced them. However, because it is so difficult to find a cleaning service that doesn't rush through 15 houses during the changeover time, and especially for pet friendly houses that need extra time, we instead offer the return guarantee that if for any reason you are unhappy, they will return if you report your dissatisfaction. And finally we scheduled the landscaping service to remove the tree to offer better access to the foot washing station's hose bib after your feedback. So once again, I appreciate your feedback, and will work to improve each area of your concern.

Such a great beach house! Clean, updated, spacious

We had a great time at this house! Its definitely the best we've stayed at so far. I love that there is no carpet and that everything is clean and new feeling. Elizabeth was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. I loved her welcome packet, it was so informative. And I would never have known this was a pet friendly property as I didn't see any trace of dog hair and my dog doesn't shed.

HGTV House! Beautiful, clean, and always updated!

We are repeat renters, and this house has always been beautiful, clean, and has a new update (just like HGTV) every year! We just love seeing all the new renovations they put into it every year. The only problem we had this time was that the renter before us (Lauren N. who left a bad review out of spite) was still there when we arrived!! Who does that! She and her litter of dogs stayed way past their check-out time, and left the house so filthy. She left dog poop in the trash can to smell up the house. I called Elizabeth to complain about her, and Elizabeth is always so kind and accommodating. She called her cleaning service to come clean for us and didn't charge us (we opted out of the cleaning service in our lease but the way Lauren N left it, we couldn't possibly stand to clean it ourselves.) Usually its in pretty good condition when other renters leave every other year. And Elizabeth just apologized profusely and didn't even charge us for the cleaning service and then she sent us a really nice courtesy basket to apologize for Lauren N. Lauren N also broke a lamp and lost a beach tag and I know she probably tried to blame it on us, but Elizabeth is too nice and just had her maintenance guy replace everything for us right away. Bottom line, this is a great property at a great price that it lets us bring our dog, I will keep going back every year! We love it!

A tired property.

When I arrived, I found dirty sheets on the bed. When I emailed Elizabeth about this issue, she did not respond. The property is tired and run-down. There was no ice maker, no ice cube trays. The lampshade in the master bedroom was broken. There was black mold in the master bath tub. The stairs leading up to the unit looked worn down. The tiny patio off of the living room overlooks a very loud major thoroughfare. I would not recommend this rental to a friend.

I am very disappointed to hear your review. I responded every time you complained. You never called once, you only left messages on the HomeAway email (that doesn't always notify me right away.) I hired a new cleaning service after your reported the sheets. I didn't charge you for the missing beach tag or the trash left in the house, and I even offered you an early arrival at no charge. Also, your handbook stated that the cleaning service was required to return to clean again if you were unsatisfied in any way. I'm sorry you had such a bad review, I just wish you would have called so I could have tried to fix things for you.

Luxury at the shore! Awesome House, super clean!

This place was sooooo, nice! Loved the beautiful custom farmhouse table that fit all 12 of us for dinners, game nights, and adult time with the wine! The AC worked great, loved having laundry at the house, kitchen stocked, TV's in every room with awesome Cable package. Comfy beds, so close to beach, boardwalk, Ice Cream shop, Uncle Bills Pancake house, etc. Owner was so accommodating! We already booked next year!

Gorgeous High End House! Best we've stayed at!

Gorgeous high end house! Best we've stayed at in all 8 years of renting in Ocean City. Loved the beautiful 12 person farmhouse table that fit all of the people in our two families. The owner was super sweet and answered our million questions righ away when booking . House was very clean and organized and filled with everything we needed. Super close to the boardwalk attractions and beach AND our favorite ice cream shop and pancake house! Definitely booking this one early next year!

This was such a great house for our family! The owners were so accommodating to our special needs. The house was impeccably clean and luxurious. We will definitely be returning next season!
