Woodside Inn/Country Retreat 4 on beautiful Mount Woodside

The guest had unreasonable expectations for the price point. So many previous guests have given great reviews for the same suite. A guest that is unhappy usually doesn't read the listing properly and view the photos. The photos clearly show that the cabins are attached but have their own private entrance. I find the complaint of lack of stairs very unusual as no stairs are needed. The cabin is ground floor and there is less than the distance of a step to enter. If the guest has mobility problems they should look for appropriate listing. We do not claim these attributes. Our small Inn has a vintage historic atmosphere and that is why people come to our small unpretentious Inn. If a guest wants new as is obvious in the review, it would be more appropriate to seek that type of listing in a large newer building. However there may be quite a hike in price point for what they need. I am sorry that our place did not meet the requirements of the guest. I have always kept up the maintenance of the property. In fact the suite that the guest rented had a new kitchenette with an induction cook top. I spend a minimum of an hour or more cleaning the suite before the next guest arrives. Our place is cleaner than most hotels that usually only spend 15 minutes doing so. As it turns out you can't please everyone even when you do your best.. (The management)
