FRONT ROW, NEWLY REMODELED beach house with open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. This desirable property has plenty of entertaining space to enjoy with family and friends! Ocean-facing deck along the front of the house allows for perfect views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Private parking underneath with shaded space to grill, host a crawfish boil or relax in the cool breeze! With 3 bedrooms, you can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. Two full, NEWLY REMODELED bathrooms are conveniently located to get clean and refresh! Just across the short walkover, you can be on the beach in no time! Grab your beach gear and hit the sand! Come and enjoy the summer winds and sunny skies on the Gulf of Mexico!

Amazing Home

This place was absolutely amazing! Waking up to the view was the highlight of my morning. The house was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely perfect vacation home in Surfside!

We’ve stayed in many beach houses in Surfside, and this home has been our favorite. It’s ideal for combining multiple families in one home.Location - perfect! It’s beachfront and literally steps from the Gulf. Main part of the house - the kitchen is phenomenal! By far the best- stocked rental we’ve ever had. Also has plenty of seating between the living room, dining room, and kitchen island. The AC work wonderfully. There’s even a dehumidifier for those extra-humid days. Bedrooms - all offer plenty of bedding and pillows. There are also great fans available in all the bedrooms. Bathrooms - the 2 full bathrooms are very clean and accommodate large families. Also, the washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of towels available to use. We can’t wait to book this beach house again!

Will definitely be coming back. The house is very nice and clean. Very easy access to the beach, either by walking or driving access to the beach. The beach entrance for vehicles is just a couple of streets over. But you need a beach tag for your car.

Great Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, well stocked and was the perfect size for two families traveling together. The location of this house can't be beat. You are right at the beach and it was so easy to go from the beach to the house for any needed items. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the waves. Communication with the hosts was prompt and appreciated. I hope we can stay here again.
