Highly Recommend

Our stay was great. The property was extremely clean and was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. There is great hiking nearby and a very good mom and pop restaurant just a mile away. We will definitely stay there again sometime in the future.

I am sorry we were not able to meet all of your expectations. I hope next time you are in the area you are able to find a location that meets and exceeds you needs. PS the only thing was the tv worked fine. I think it was user error as when I came up for inspection all I did was turn off and turn back on and the tv worked fine.

Wonderful weekend

My son and family stayed at Gone Fishing for 3 nights. The space was as pictured and was clean and beautifully furnished. They had a great stay with their two children, ages 2 & 3. I would definitely use this apartment again!

From the moment we arrived, it was immediately apparent that we were in for a special experience. The owner personally welcomed us and provided a thorough introduction to the property, as well as insightful recommendations about nearby attractions and points of interest. As we stepped inside the residence, it became unmistakably clear that a strong emphasis had been placed on thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail throughout the space. To be honest, a hidden gym. It was more than i really expected. The property manager was so sweet and nice. For all my future trips as long as they will allow me back, I will try and book with them first.

Near Lake

Everything was great from check in to check out. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. There were extra full size bathrooms downstairs too. It was very close to Juniper West and crosstimbers hiking trail. I would recommend staying here if you want to stay close to the lake and not camp. It was nicer than other options around also. Our host was very nice and accommodating. She ensured we had everything we needed. She also told us about an amazing secluded spot to paddleboard with a great beach. Theres also a small store below in the office (incase you need farm fresh eggs). The RV park was peaceful and had a relaxing vibe. We grilled out and sat on the nice porch both evenings. Cant recommend enough.
