SHORT TERM RENTAL-Shell Beach 3 or 4 Bedroom Rental Option Second Master Suite

Spacious Family Home located in the heart of beautiful Shell Beach. Just steps from the ocean and a short stroll to the tide pools, this home really has all you would need for a truly relaxing experience.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master suite is upstairs and comes complete with full bathroom and a 55 inch television. It also has its own balcony. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with 43 inch televisions and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have dressers and smart televisions. There is Wi Fi throughout the house.

Upstairs has a comfortable living room with a 60 inch flatscreen that has Netflix capabilities. Living room opens up to a patio with partial ocean views. A perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Full Kitchen on the ground floor with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large dining room table and bar for seating large groups. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor.

We offer a fourth bedroom option for an extra $200 a night and a $50 cleaning fee. It is a Master Suite with attached bathroom on the ground floor. It's perfect for grandparents or those that problems with stairs. If you want to add the room please let us know at time of booking

Perfect Base for Family Vacation

The week has been amazing! So many memorable times …… beach days, boutique shopping, Hearst Castle tour, Montano de Oro hike, games of Clue and Dominos, bike rides ….. with our kids and their friends ☺️! Very nice place, easy check in and check out. Great location.

We had a great time, very nice place. Worked out great for our young family. My parents stayed with us to help babysit for us and there was plenty of room for both couple and our one and half year old. We did forget a few things and was able to Instacart without issues. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Serenity Now!

An amazing experience and wonderful property. Travis is an amazing host - very communicable - courteous- thoughtful - and generous. He made us feel so very welcomed and we are grateful. My wife and I got married close by at Chapman Estate and had reception at Dolphin Bay. This is the very best location in Shell Beach; away from the major crowds of Pismo and within walking distance to anything needed… Local Restaurants/Bars/Shopping! Beach/Park/walking trails/Pickleball Courts couple miles north on Shell Beach Road! The owners gave us a special and very thoughtful gift as they knew we were getting married. So very kind. The home is immaculate with all the amenities anyone from children to teens to adults; would need. Board Games/Beach Cruisers/ Well appointed and stocked Kitchen/ Linens /Towels / Washer and Dryer / High Speed Internet. Thank you again!

Great change for holidays

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Travis was helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Great to have the bikes. I put several miles on the pink cruiser. Would stay here again.

Clean home in great location

Quiet neighborhood close to beaches. Quick and easy access to Pismo, Shell Beach, Avila, San Luis Obispo, and beyond. Friendly people everywhere we went, including the neighborhood when we walked to the beach and staff at local shops and eateries. A fun bonus is the Chapman Estate at the end of the street at the water's edge. The house is clean and well-appointed for cooking at home. Great stay for our family -- our second in this home.

Great home in great location

Stayed here 3 weeks in May. House is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need to explore the area and enjoy the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

First off, the owner was very responsive with thoughtful and prompt communication. The home was perfect for our family gathering. Lots of room , clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with close access to the coastal area. The property was great!
