Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great house for multi-generation family stay. All the ameneties are there and the kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality items. I didn't see any of the coffee pods they mentioned, but no problem as we brougth our own coffee.The management company was responsive throughout our stay.My only complaint is that for this type of property (high-end and high-price), little things should be better:1) the TVs in different parts of the house should be easier to use. Complicated instructions were hard to follow.2) the heater is maxed at 70 degrees. Most of the time, this should be fine for Avila Beach, but we were there in early January when the temperatures at night and early mornings dipped low. The house was cold at times, especially in the master bedroom on the main floor where the vents were shut and purposedly blocked from opening.

Great for Three Couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was so nice at Beach Deeamer. So close to the beach. We tried to use the house for four couples, however, which was not ideal as the Murphy bed room is not set up for two adults. It would be better for a single or two children, as there is no room to maneuver and bath is downstairs. That said, we made it work and had a memorable stay.

When an opportunity to make a weekend LaCrosse game an extra long family weekend vacation there was only one place we wanted to be. Our fantasy home away from home. Beach Dreamer. This home is very well equipped - great kitchen w/lots of pots/pans/dishes to serve cooking needs - even a slow cooker! All the beds were comfy and having a master on the main level made for easy access for my older parents. The decks were fun for people watching and just enjoying the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
