Great beach house with plenty of room!

Fantastic stay at this beach house in Grover Beach - so close to the water and tons of activities and restaurants. We just wish we had booked more time to take advantage of all the local fun. Thanks for the great stay!

Beachy charm in a great location

Dreamy old school beach cottage! And perfectly decorated to amp up the space’s vintage charm. Cozy yet with a surprising number of bedrooms and private outdoor spaces. A short easy walk to the fabulous beach and trails. Peaceful and quiet but minutes away from the hurly burly of Pismo. Friendly welcoming hosts who communicated via phone and text answering all our questions about where to get groceries etc. We’re so glad that we decided to give our daughter and her little dog a ride to LA from SF because needing a dog friendly place led us here.

Nice property close to the beach. The owners communicated well and made sure we knew how to reach them. The beds are super comfy. Great space for a beach vacation!

Wonderful Stay for Family Beach Getaway

Came for an alumni function at Cal Poly with my parents, wife and two kids (6 and 3). Kids loved it. Super nice and accommodating hosts. Super great location walking distance to the beach and a bunch of great restaurants. Would 100% stay again.

Adorable large cottage

Absolutely perfect for large families and pets. Fully fenced in back yard. Very close to the beach. The hosts were fabulous. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything . We loved the cottage charm. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get together

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a Pismo weekend. The location was great, close enough to everything without being in the middle of the chaos that is downtown Pismo. The owners were a delight and always get us informed. The house had a perfect beach charm. We will stay again next time in Pismo.

Not luxurious but very comfortable. Perfect for sandy feet and dogs. Easy walk to the beach. Fabulous hosts-great communication.

What a wonderful beach home!

We stayed one night at this cozy, beachy home. It's spacious and charming and it had everything we needed! The decor is adorable and the beds are comfortable! The 5 minute walk to the beach is a plus! I had a broken leg at the time, and this house is very accessible. Highly recommend!

Weekend jaunt up the coast

The hosts were wonderful and the house was spotless. It is as described, a 1935 beach house. I loved the vintage kitchen and it is rare to have a large fenced in yard at the beach. Perfect location for visiting Pismo and the area. The only suggestion for improving our stay would be to fix the spongy floor in the back bedroom.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a 7v7 football tournament for my son and it was perfectly located. It was less than 10 minutes from the tournament and most importantly...5 minutes walk from the beach. There we plenty of room for us and our 2 dobermans. Jon was in constant communication and checking on it needs and offering food/restaurant suggestions. The bathroom in the bedroom is a little tight if you're bigger (my husband is 6'2") but still manageable. However if that's an issue for you the front bathroom is spacious. Overall it's a beautiful beach home that's perfectly located. I would definitely book again.

Booked property for family because a family wedding was taking place in SLO. There was plenty of room for a big family dinner on Friday night with others that live in Grover Beach.

Jon & Melany were amazing hosts! Communcation was very easy with text and responded right away. They provided recommendations of where to eat and shop, which were nearby, if you walked or drove. It's great that access to the beach was nearby.
