Our stay was AMAZING! We loved how close everything was as far as hiking trails, grocery, ocean, and wineries. It was my husband, our 19 year old daughter and myself. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and it was VERY clean. So many hiking trails near by that we took advantage of, and the Beach is super close. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

VRBO in Shell Beach

The property location was good. The only problem with it was the freeway. It’s right across the street from the freeway. The throw rugs inside the home need to be replaced. They are torn and don’t look nice. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful house!

Relaxing decor, really convenient location with a coffee shop right at the bottom of the stairs. They didn’t skimp on anything and it looks beautiful. I would stay here again for sure! My only two complaints are that the floors weren’t cleaned very well, there was a dollop of dried toothpaste on the floor in the bathroom and felt a little gritty, which is understandable because we all know how beach sand likes to get in/on everything. The other issue was that it says it sleeps 6, but only two beds. There is an air mattress in a closet and an extremely comfortable couch but no bedding to make either the mattress or couch into a bed. We ended up having to call the emergency number and have linens delivered at like 11pm. Would just be nice to have the extra bedding at the condo.

Long weekend getaway with friends

We had a wonderful time and experienced pismo, Morro Bay, SLO and went wine tasting in Paso. The place was clean and updated. My only problem was the condo is on the street and you can hear the traffic.

She’ll Beach Getaway

The property is lovely and in a great location. It was irritating to have to drive to the management company in Pismo Beach to check in and then return the keys to the same location. This property needs a keyless entry.

Almost perfect - what a great find

We had a beautiful trip! The place was wonderful, neighborhood was quiet and accessible and the views were spectacular! The updates they've done are GORGEOUS! A couple things - the shower has in the guest bathroom had NO pressure, rendering that shower basically unusable. No other water was running and we tried several times different times of day - so that will need to be fixed. Secondly, both TV's didn't have instructions on how to use (there are cable boxes and multiple remotes) - it would be a great help to have a set of instructions for these. There was also a problem with Alexa... when we tried to stream music we would get kicked off because someone else on the account would start streaming. JUST FYI, hopefully they will upgrade to unlimited :). Our stay was so lovely and the house couldn't have been more beautiful! Highly recommend (but get that shower fixed). Oh. And I saw some reviews that people complained about the freeway noise...it wasn't bad AT ALL and it was a very quiet neighborhood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Relaxing

Loved this adorable, modern, clean VRBO. Location was perfect. There is a coffee shop literally at the base of the stair entrance. Beds were super comfy!

Great location and space, but needs some simple updates.

Pros: - Good location in Shell Beach. A great coffee shop, and other good restaurants are nearly right out the door. - Beds were comfortable. - Nice furniture/decor - Lots of extra towels/linens. - Easy parking - Kids loved sitting by the gas fireplace - Having an ocean view is a plus Areas to improve: - Provide more cleaning supplies (brooms/vacuum). It’s a beach trip, sand is inevitable. - The air filter was atrociously dirty. - Both showers could use their shower heads to get cleaned and/or replaced. - Having to go into pismo to pick up/drop off keys, would much prefer a number keypad. - Would’ve liked darker shades to block early morning light. - It is a second level, so not accessible if you have that need. - AC unit near smaller bedroom is very loud. - Being by 101 actually wasn’t bad for us. I saw others note it, but didn’t bother us. - Fridge water filter needs replacing. Overall we’d stay here again if some of the above was updated. Great space and location made it a good trip for us.

Great home in a great location

Upscale apt that is close to everything. Everything in the apt was in great working condition. I was worried about the noise of the freeway in the night...that turned out to be a non issue with the double paned windows. Great ocean view. Added bonus was the Bean Cafe that's next door. Everything is close by. Must try Zorro's café that's a 5 min walk from the apt Will definitely come back to this place.

Perfect get away

My husband and I grew up on the Central Ccoast, and this property was the perfect place to stay during our visit! The cafe, Bean, is right next door and was super convenient for grabbing coffee and breakfast! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful stay

The interior is beautifully decorated. It’s clean and modern! The beds are comfy. There is a great coffee shop literally a few steps outside the door. The property is close to everything as well. We can’t wait to come back.

Shellbeach living

Aside from the freeway noise, which isn’t terrible, this is a very peaceful and nice place to stay. Close walk or bike ride to any thing you need. We will be back.

Birthday Perfect

Fantastic little property for celebrating my 40th bday! My husband and our friends had a lovely stay while at this gem of a property. Close to wine tasting but an equally convenient location to the coast- it was the best of both worlds. Quiet, comfortable, and decorated with stylish West Elm details. (We are huge WE fans!) We all had a wonderful time and would stay again in a heartbeat. The owners gave a bottle of rose for us to enjoy during our stay. Quite the classy touch. Key handling was COVID safe and a breeze with guest safety in mind was very much appreciated.

Very nice unit- light and modern

A very nicely designed and comfortable unit. Road behind property a little noisy at times but mostly not an issue.
