This 4 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bath home can easily accommodate 2 families. First floor features the primary suite with a stunning glassed walk-in rain shower and separate tub. Custom gourmet kitchen with island sink & seating and mitered glass breakfast nook. Formal dining room with butler’s pantry, family room, separate office with double French doors, an en-suite guest bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with balcony access, a full bath with double sinks and large media room with service bar making it the perfect guest sanctuary. Outside the spacious screened lanai boasts a beautiful, heated pool & spa. Large kitchen with built-in grill, sink, refrigerator & customized seating area with access to a full bath. Enjoy the island lifestyle from this ideal location just minutes to Tiger Tail Beach.
