The place was very nice. Had a great time. Rosana was very helpful. The bedrooms were great and the AC worked very well. Great outdoor areas. Easy access to town and many other area sights/restaurants. Pool was clean and refreshing. Nice areas to just sit outside and relax.

Lack of communication with the host. It was hard to enjoy the pool, the water was very cold.. the house was nice, clean & had a great location.

This house was gorgeous. Spacious for 8 of us. Would come back. Only issue was the driving directions, it had the house number opposite opposed to what it actually is. Tried messaging the owner and never received a reply. Eventually we figured it out. It was night time and the lockbox wasn’t as visible, tried messaging again and no reply. The whole time we were there, there was no communication. BUT it is a beautiful place. Everything in the house was great and enough parking for 2 cars.

We stayed for a family vacation weekend, to begin with the address is wrong we spent like two hours to find it because the number was listed wrong The house is not dirty but it’s not super clean , The jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi is a little kid pool maybe!The next day we wanted to grill the gas tank was empty they did changed it the next day .But the communication is slow The pool was great very big but needs care and all the floaters were broke and unusable, we bought some and left them for another guests On the positive side the house is big and comfortable for the 6 of us all adults and Maria was super nice , the house is close to restaurants and the beach But it needs a little bit more care

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house itself is great and comes fully equipped with exactly what you need to relax after a day out—the pool table, swimming pool, and grill were massive highlights for us.The location is ideal. While it isn't directly on the sand, it sits in a perfect spot that is a quick, easy drive to plenty of incredible local beaches. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a seamless family trip.If you want a comfortable home base with great amenities and easy beach access, this is a top-tier choice. Highly recommended.

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana del 4 de julio, La dirección que proporciona no es la correcta, el estacionamiento es cómodo la casa es amplia pero no estaba bien limpia le escribí al anfritrion y nunca contestó los mensajes por esta aplicación le escribí por otro y pensó que yo quería alquilar y así fue que pude hablar con ella pero no resolvió el problema porque de las dos piscina la grande estaba sucio que ni el fondo se le veía me dijo que iba a avisarle al que limpia la piscina se acabó la estadía y nunca llegaron a limpiar. El billar de la propiedad está deteriorado mientras jugaba dos de las patas se bajaron cuando miramos están llenas de polillas ya no se pudo usar cuando pasó se le envió fotos y se notificó pero nunca contestó.

We had an amazing stay at this property. We came to attend a wedding nearby and truly wish we could have spent more time enjoying the pool! I wanted to first off clarify that the house number is listed correctly and the house number and signs are very visible from and well lighted from the street. Google maps unfortunately pins it about 3 to 5 houses from where it should be. This is not the property owners fault. Google maps in PR is not too reliable outside of the bigger cities/metropolitan areas. The house was very well stocked with all the necessary amenities you could need. There are plenty restaurants and grocery stores nearby and the beach is a short drive away. Again, we truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back!

The location was a plus it was near almost everything. The house was clean, all of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area is well organized, the only thing is that the pool was dirty when we arrived, we cleaned it. But everything else was really good.

Dive into Palma Bella Beach House the location it’s great! It’s very close to all the Beautiful beaches of Isabela, across the Royal Isabela Golf Course, and close to the town center plaza. The pool and jacuzzi it’s a nice touch to add to your tropical vacation experience.
