**About the Home**
As you step into this beautifully renovated space, you’ll instantly feel at home. The open-concept living area, with its massive Atlanta Skyscraper windows, offers a stunning view of the lake, especially during sunset. The emerald green-tiled kitchen is fully equipped with all the small appliances you need to create gourmet meals, or if you’re in the mood for some alfresco dining, fire up the gas grill on the deck. Prefer to relax? Skip the cooking and indulge in the best takeout from local spots, while enjoying the view from the deck.

**Comfortable & Spacious Bedrooms**
On the main floor, you’ll find a peaceful queen master suite, complete with a smart TV and en suite bathroom with a beautiful tile shower. Step right out onto the deck for an evening sunset over the lake. The other master bedroom on this level is a king bedroom, also with a smart TV and en suite featuring an elegant soaking tub, towel warmer, and tile shower. This room offers its own private door to the deck for easy access to the outdoors. There is also a half bath on this level.

Downstairs, the spacious basement area is perfect for kids or larger groups. Featuring two twin beds with trundles, another queen bed, and a pull-out sofa, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The newly renovated bathroom downstairs includes a larger shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the water.

Rainy days? No problem! The basement is loaded with entertainment options: a massive smart TV, a foosball table, a gaming table, and a vintage Pac-Man arcade game. There are also books, board games, and even an art easel to keep the whole family entertained!

Accessing the lake couldn’t be easier with two paths to the single-slip dock: a shorter, sloped walk or a longer, easier path. The dock is equipped with kayaks for your use, so you can glide across the water whenever the mood strikes.
