This place couldn’t be better. Clean, spacious and plenty of games for everyone. I will definitely be back for another trip. We all had so much fun together as a family hanging out.

We stayed here last Christmas too and we love this place so much!! The pool is always heated, hot tub is always hot. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The house is very spacious and very accommodating. Condiments, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, pool toys, golf balls, golf clubs are all provided. It is about 30min drive to anything, but that makes the atmosphere so much for relaxing

Beautiful home with you’re own resort pool, pickle ball, basketball, mini golf and more.

The pictures accurately described the home and yard. The hosts thought of every extra possible from sunscreen to bug spray. The went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t need anything. They were also available for questions, to coordinate any activities we may have wanted. By far one of my our favorite homes and vacations!

Stellar family trip

Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay here in November. Host provided ample info ahead of time, check in was seamless, everything was clean, and house was stocked with everything we needed (and more). Backyard was a hit with both the kids and adults (we didn’t want to leave). We would definitely to go back again.

Very happy with the stay

Property was as (better than) advertised. Quality, Clean, Beautiful. Wonderful view. Extremely well stocked. Great communication. Above and beyond service by the Host. Lots of room for lots of people. We had only 6 people and it was great, we all had our privacy when needed, but you could fit a lot more and not feel crowded. They have several other properties and after this stay, I feel comfortable trying any of them. A. Thank You

Nailed it

It was my parents last trip down to AZ for the winter. My sister brought her family down. I brought mine. We are a sporty family and this property piqued my interest. It was perfect. From the booking process, to the advance phone call, to the property itself. Everything was perfect.The pool was a perfect temperature. The spa was as well. There was ample space indoors and out to spend time with each other and feel like you could have space. There were 10 of us in total. We were looking to be a bit out of town, watch the stars at night, play during the day. We got all of it. Thank you.

Awesome hustle and bustle get away

My party of six ages 12-79 had a great time at the property. It was spacious and had many things to do for everyone! From the pool to the numerous yard activities there was so much to keep you busy. If you want a remote getaway this is the place. Perhaps I didn’t see them but utensils for cooking on the grill would have been nice and just logistically thinking about the placement of the fire extinguisher underneath the grill. Should there be a significant grill fire it would be somewhat inaccessible. My family and I would love to stay again and explore more of the surrounding area!

Perfect Family Retreat

We enjoyed the backyard immensely there was no need to go out and explore the area. Maybe next time! It was a great spot to just stay and spend time with family. No one was bored and the kids were not asking for screen time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our party of 14. The host was responsive to our small needs and we were thankful everything worked - ovens, grill, spa, WiFi, etc.

Great Family Retreat

The backyard, pool, hot tub, games, were awesome. We also appreciated being able to all cook and hang out in the large kitchen and living area. We had 10 adults, two kids. Could accommodate more kids in the bunk and double beds. Would have given 5 stars but a couple of unexpected nuances that we weren’t prepared for. We visited first week of October. Weather was perfect to be outside, playing games, eating, hanging out. Unfortunately, the flies were terrible, constantly swarming, and getting in the house too. We set up fans outside and bought citronella candles which kind of worked if you stayed close to them. They didn’t seem as bad after dark. Only other thing is that the home is in area of dirt roads which feels wonderfully remote. However, there is quite a bit of construction and/or maintenance type traffic that stirs up the dust around the home and back yard. All in all, wonderful week and we would return!

Perfect House

We had a party of 9 which included 5 teenagers. Between the basketball court, heated pool, bowling and pool table the kids were always busy. We never had to leave the house. The house is in a remote location but as long as you buy everything you need for your stay you never need to leave! House was very clean and the outdoor grill was used every night. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent for large groups!

Great bedrooms, room layout, unforgettable assortment of activities. House manager / concierge was very helpful & communicative. Hot tub was easy to use and heated to the perfect temperature. Only minor issue we had was we didn't realize quite how far out the house was. I highly recommend arriving during the daytime, it was difficult to find the house at night. Wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone.

Rent this house!

If you’re on the fence about renting this property for any reason, just do it! Friends and I travel quite a bit together to play golf all over the country and this was by far one of the best homes we’ve ever experienced. The house itself is incredible. The backyard speaks for itself but it is also one of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever seen. If you’re worried about cleanliness, don’t be. The place is also absolutely immaculate. Countertops sparkle, not a dust bunny to be found, and the floors don’t have a speck of dirt on them. All of this and I haven’t even gotten to the best part, the property owners! Sometimes I swear they were more fixated on my group having the best stay possible more than I was! Communication was so great, everyone was so nice, and they’re just really, really good people. I’m telling you, just do it. Rent this place. You will not regret it.

Didn't want to leave.

We stayed for 5 days over Mothers Day weekend and everyone had a blast. Besides going for a few hikes, eating out a few times, there wasn't much reason to leave. The kids were always occupied and having a blast. My questions and needs were always answered promptly by Dawn who helped us with getting started on our trip. The home was well stocked , very clean and very inviting. We had great time and strongly recommend it for any group outing.

As beautiful as advertised!

This was the best stocked rental with the most entertainment onsite we’ve ever enjoyed! It’s across from Tonto park for convenient scenic walks and near granite mountain trailhead for hiking. The management responded quickly to answer questions. 3 teenagers and 8 adults were comfortable in this large home.

Very fun property with fantastic mountain views

Our family of 12, grandparents, children and grandchildren loved the many activities at this property, especially the pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked with cooking essentials, towels and personal items. We enjoyed seeing the horse farms in the area and we liked the close proximity to several trailheads. We all agreed that it was a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic property

This was the most immaculate and well appointed VRBO property we have ever visited Great condition, lots of activities and plenty of room for us all! Communication and check in was perfect Be aware: It is a remote location — 20 + minutes from most everything Our only suggestion is maybe provide some shade tents in the yard or pool umbrellas The heat isn’t a problem - it’s AZ! But some shade would have been nice Thanks for a wonderful property!!

This is without a doubt one of the nicest homes for rent in Scottsdale. We recently purchased the property and did a complete renovation. We hired one of Arizona's top interior designers to help with the renovation. No expense was spared. The home is gorgeous and is what you would expect to see on HGTV.
