Other Things to Note:
While you have the luxury of a personal bathroom and queen size bed, please note you are in the high desert and that this experience is still similar to camping. You may experience high winds. In the summer there can be very high temperature weather and in the winter there can be very low temperatures, please pack accordingly as this will have a large impact on your stay. There will be sand, bugs, squirrels, and possibly snakes that you may encounter. While this is not common, it is still a possibility.

Pet Policy:
Pets are happily allowed for a flat $25 fee, to be paid at time of booking. If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed:

1. Please inform me in your message if you are bringing a pet. I am happy to host you and your pet, but would greatly appreciate a heads up.

Interaction with Guests:
Please make sure you turn off the lights and the HVHC systems when you are not inside the trailer.
